Fit20 is a personal training gym with two locations in Jacksonville. We focus on high intensity training for just 20 minutes a week. The training is probably unlike anything you've ever done before... it's in slow motion! It is challenging and will push you toward your goals. We do one on one training or one trainer with two people according to your preferences and membership. The studio is unlike any other gym. It is especially developed for this type of training so it is clean at all times and is kept at 63 degrees so you don't sweat.
