Fists Full of Cake LLC, brain child of Michele Halwaji, started out as a small New Jersey home based cake business and expanded into a commercial kitchen located in Long Beach, California. Fists Full of Cake (FFOC) is an online bake shop specializing in small batch desserts and confections that are creative, flavor forward, and aesthetically unique. Ironically, she doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth but Michele finds joy in being the sweetener in other’s lives with her treats. All of her work has an aesthetic that incorporates the occasion and joy of the moment. From your child’s first birthday treats, to a wedding or an award winning Food Network competition cake, Michele Halwaji is a master of her craft, and determined to make your special event unforgettable.
