First Impression is a great limo company. I used them for transportation to the airport at 7am in the morning. The driver showed up 20 minute early and was super professional. The limo was great as I needed 12 passengers (my family) to go to the airport with 2 children seats.
I totally recommend them as the rates are great and the service is exceptional.

I highly recommend first impression limo service  . Not only were they puntual but they also provide some water bottles for all my bridesmaid and groomsman. The experience was to die for we played our favorite music , we had nice lights on. Mario the driver was very patient with us since we were a bit late and he also made sure the Bluetooth was working for us . He always was a gentleman and made sure my wedding dress was not getting dirty and helped me get on and off the bus. Thank you Mario for all your hard work.  Cardinal ! More...

This my all time favorite limo company. I have used them 3x each time the drivers and the Eileen just amazing, making it always easy and she fast to rely even at 4am . Love the drives so friendly they help my passed out friend in the Hummer then to the house, also give us Fiji waters!! We didn't even get the full package. They are also very  inform what happing in an area where your going. they even have great suggestions. They can give you ideas on what your looking for. I remember my first time was for my birthday and we had the bus over 5hrs and the driver was so koo so funny and just felt like he was one of the crew.I highly recommend this limo company. More...

I've used these guys a couple times now and will keep using them. Once to S.F. and another time we got the big Hummer to take a bunch of us out wine tasting in Livermore. Fun times. This is the first time we used this limo service. I called and spoke to "Mo" on the phone who made the reservation process very easy.  "Mo" actually ended up being the chauffeur for the evening.  He arrived 15 to 20 mins early.  The Chrysler 300 was very nice and clean in and out.  The birthday girl and her friends were very happy and "Mo" treated the teenagers with respect.  I will be using this service again and would recommend them. It was perfect for her & the fact that you brought it to her 8th Birthday Party Venue was ICING ON THE CAKE! !!!!!!!Our Chauffeur, Dale delivered and AMAZING "Royalty Service" for Birthday Girl & her friends beyond anyone's expectations... down to every last detail imaginable. Welcomed every guest with a "RED CARPET RUNAWAY" as he was picking them up door to door, it was so Magical! Every little girl and little boy were living out their dreams and so were her teachers too. Hummer was a HUGE hit! Dale was very professional and great with all the children. I loved how everything was scheduled on time. It's not easy to plan a kids' birthday party and it's not easy to keep up with 14 kids (age ranges 7-9) engaged and entertained in such an organized fashion, but Dale did it so well. TRIP TO NAPA on 10/2/2016 - Derek was the driver.I reserved a limo for my wife and her girlfriends to go to Napa for a wine tasting trip. The limo used was a white Chrysler 300C, it was very nice, inside and out, very clean, stocked with drinks and glasses. The limo was ON TIME, at 8:30 am. The girls thoroughly enjoyed their trip, Derek was very courteous and nice, everything was awesome. Decided to treat myself and my girls for some wine tasting for my birthday!  We booked the white hummer to take us to Morgan Hill for brunch and wineries!  Driver was on time and we were very impressed with the car. Everything was clean and we enjoyed beverages while getting to our destinations. We all had a great time and didn't have to worry about anything. I used First Impression Transportation to get a Pink Hummer Limousine for a surprise birthday party. The service and rates for the Limo were great ! The driver showed up early to take pictures as I requested and everyone was really impressed by the Limousine. Inside the limo there were plenty of glass cups & Champagne glasses for everyone to use. They also provided some bottled water, and soda's. The limo had a lot of lights and flashy Hollywood decorations in the interior. We took the Limousine to San Francisco to go site seeing and hit up a few bars. The driver was great and took us to every location we wanted to go. We used First Impression for my niece's quinceanera. I'm very impressed with the service. They were easy to get in contact with. Even our driver, Roberto, called me the day before our event to make sure all the location addresses he had were correct. He arrived early to the first location and went as far as helping myself and some of my other family members set up the venue  (we were running behind) by simply opening the door for everyone while we kept going in and out which I appreciate because he could've easily just stayed in the limo and waited there instead. These guys are awesome - they worked hard on a short notice request and made it happen. Oh Goodness, where do I begin?  How about with Sabra?  UHMAYZING. If you want to know what good customer service is like.. ..This is your girl.  I had tasked my dad to get us a limo for our wedding 3 days before the actual wedding so he went and started calling around and told me to give First Impressions a call. At first, it was mainly because it was the most reasonably priced and I called Sabra later that afternoon.  Not only did Sabra work with me on even better pricing but better flexibility on splitting up our allotted time for a ride to the wedding and then back.  WHAT? None of the other places seemed to have the ability to offer this.  AND...she upgraded us to the Hummer. Elmo and Mark, our drivers were so extremely friendly, patient and just amazing.  The cars were clean and a nice chilled bottle of champagne was ready for us.  So if you are looking for great service....THIS IS THE PLACE FOLKS!!!!  Thank you to the entire crew at First Impressions. I hired First Impression for my wedding on September 20th and was absolutely amazed. The driver was courteous, respectful, and most importantly punctual. He actually arrived much earlier than expected! For you married folks, you know exactly how important this is. This made my wedding day begin with zero stress and as a result the rest of the day was on-time and went as planned.I shopped around a bunch and actually went in-person to see all of the limos that I was interested in. I chose First Impression because the vehicles were all well maintained from the paint, to the glass, and most importantly the interior. I assumed that if the company maintained their vehicles with a such a high standard, then their service must be right up there as well. I was absolutely right. I used First Impression Transportation for a Friday night out with some friends and they gave us excellent service! The white limo was huge and was extremely nice on the inside. The driver, Elmo, was very professional and treated us like royalty the whole night, we felt like millionaires all night riding around in a luxury hummer stretch. First Impression is the only transportation service I'll use. The fleet is diverse...sedans to an awesome pink hummer that looks like something from a Hollywood movie! If you want to arrive in total elegance and be treated like royalty then First Impression will deliver. The drivers are professional and I always feel safe. They arrive early and have excellent communication as far as letting you know they've arrived and are waiting to assist you with luggage or packages...even to assist with my little dog that travels everywhere with me.
