Used your services today (a Valentines gift from my husband) for a Limo ride to Philly to see a show at the Academy of Music. It was a girls day out so we were pleasantly surprised to get a female driver! Tammy was dressed to impress, punctual and professional. The Limo was clean and modern. Gary, our driver, was excellent! Arrived early with our beautiful limo to bring my daughter & friends (along with my husband & myself) into Philly for her Sweet 16 celebration. The girls had a blast taking pictures inside & outside the limo before we even left. The ride into Philly was smooth & we got there right on time for our reservation. When it was time to leave I text Gary, & he pulled up exactly when he said he would. It was really cold last night & with his impeccable timing we didn’t have to stand outside at all! We hired First Class Rolls Royce to transport my parents and me to the ceremony and to transport my groom and me to the reception. The service was easy to schedule in advance and they were very organized. Our driver, Ed, went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties. He made us feel comfortable by giving advice, offered mints/water/champagne/mirrors, organized people in the ceremony, and helped with photos after the ceremony. First Class Limos was recommended by The Merion(the Venue where my son and his beautiful bride had their wedding) and were Dependable and Affordable. The Vehicles that were provided for us for my son's wedding were Excellent. The Vehicle was a 27 seater and were clean and provided great transportation from the Hotel the guests were staying at to The Merion and then also the return trip. We had 2 shuttles going and John provided 3 for the return. Very affordable and John explained the process completely and on the day of the wedding everything worked as planned. The driver contacted me when he arrived and ALL the guests that used the Shuttles were Extremely Happy with their service. Where do I even begin? We hired First Class for a vintage Rolls Royce for our wedding September 6, 2019 at The Lucy. I'm including the date/location so that hopefully the owner of First Class can track down who was our Rolls Royce driver because he was truly outstanding. Most of the morning was a blur, however it was raining and I was freaking out. The driver was so calm, assured me every thing would be fine and literally rolled out a red carpet every time I got in/out of the car so that my dress remained intact. The driver literally jumped in and served as an assistant at church, organized the entire bridal party and told them when to walk, opened the church doors when it was my turn, closed them, etc. I literally remember thinking this guy was like Mary Poppins or something. My mom and I could not stop talking about him after the fact!! Bottom line, we could not have been happier with the service. Again, I really wish I had the driver's name but hopefully it can be tracked down and he can read this review to know how grateful I was on the day. His services, attention to detail and just overall kindness did not go unappreciated. More...

I used them for my wedding day - Excellent! They picked me up from Cherry Hill and dropped me off at the venue in Philadelphia. After the ceremony and reception, another car came and picked us both up and returned us to the hotel in Cherry Hill. The drivers text and call you to let you know they are waiting. We used First Class Luxury Limos for our wedding on August 31, 2019 at the Merion and were very happy with our decision. We used them for wedding party transport, guest transport, and transport for the honeymoon. The driver we had for the guest shuttle was awesome! We had so many people taking the shuttle that he had to go for 3 rounds of transport rather than 2. He did so without complaining, and waited for my husband and I before taking off. We used First Class Luxury Limos for our wedding and are appreciative for the wonderful service they provided! My (now) husband reached out to numerous transportation companies, but easily settled on First Class given their pricing and the owner’s responsiveness. Given our large family, we needed a limo and a sedan in addition to the Rolls Royce. John worked with our wedding coordinator to make sure that he had all of our locations and times, and that we had coverage throughout the date. His staff arrived on-time and were professional and courteous. I was with Ed, the Rolls driver for much of the day, and he was excellent! In addition to providing literal “white glove service” and “rolling out the red carpet”, he helped me with my dress, made sure we had water, and made us feel like royalty as we rode around the city of Philadelphia. Hello First Class Rolls Royce!
First off, I just wanted to say that I rarely write reviews but this is absolutely WELL DESERVED! My family lives in Southern Delaware, where there are not many unique and/or different limo companies around, besides the basic stretched limo. I was in search for a classic and timeless car for my sisters wedding and could not think of anything better than a Rolls Royce. I googled "Rolls Royce wedding rentals" and immediately found First Class Luxury Limos with outstanding reviews. This was a surprise for my sister since it was my wedding gift to her and her husband. After sending an email, I got an immediate response within the hour from Bob the owner, and by the next day, I had my reservation all setup. By the way, the process of calling and setting up the itinerary and choosing a car was very easy and simple. Bob was also the driver of the 1927 Rolls Royce Phantom II and was very nice, funny, and helpful! He was dressed in a tuxedo and white gloves, which added so much class to the Rolls Royce. When the car arrived at the venue, it turned heads. Bob had that Rolls shining from the spirit of ecstasy to the back bumper....truly a head turning experience!! The wedding was an outside wedding and all you could hear was, "Wow..where did they find that beautiful Rolls Royce?!" Bob even offered a Champagne toast when in the car...and the car was very clean, buffed and polished, and had and bottle of Champagne with glasses inside. Bob and First Class RR took care of us and we are forever grateful of that. We all LOVED the car and the experience and for that we have memories and pictures for a lifetime! We still are waiting for the professional photos to be completed; however, I have a few that will capture the beauty of this car and the wedding! Thank you First Class for everything.
