Jay (owner) is always very responsive, and works hard to resolve any problems. They are great about finding sitters on short notice, when needed, and new sitters always come for a training session. We've been using the service for out of town trips (dog, cats, chickens, lizards, etc) for years. They are extremely reliable and trustworthy. We've had the same sitter for years, now. I highly recommend Fetch Pet Care. They have been taking care of my pets for about 7 years. Leslie W. is the main person I request, since she knows all my animals so well. She even sends me photos of them while I am in Kenya! We have a very elderly black lab and 3 young cats, and she treats them all with loving care and attention to their needs. We usually go to Kenya for 1 month, and then there are FIVE cats along with the dog. I usually have them for overnight services and midday visits, and I am always happy, more importantly, the pets are happy! More...

For a company that states they have very experienced dog walkers, my experience is the complete opposite. My puppy was not walked at all, but instead "played with". They made me pay for this "walk". At the end of this "walk" my puppy is supposed to be fed, he was not. I texted the walker and asked if something happened and why my puppy was not fed, she refused to respond. I know my dogs pooping schedule. I returned home from work and the play that the dog walker did, did not happen outside. My puppy was sitting in poop for hours and it was obvious that he had pooped more than once in his kennel. He was whimpering when I came home and got him out, bathed him, and fed him as he was supposed to have been 6 hours earlier. I really like paying for a dog walker, that is over priced, to come to my house and not do their job. This is a horrible company and I would not trust your dogs to these "experienced dog walkers" they don't have a clue on how to handle dogs or walk them. More...

Fetch Pet Care is great! Miss Paulette took care of our Karma while we were on vacation. She sent us daily updates. We have also used Fetch Pet Care’s taxi service to take Karma to the groomers. The groomer told me how nice and loving Miss Paulette is to Karma. The groomer told me this without my asking when I called to make payment. Christian and the Fetch staff are the BEST!It's taken me a while to get around to writing this, but it is an important story to share.  In late Feb 2019, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to euthanize our 12 year old pup.  Christian, Traci and Julie were so unbelievable supportive.  There is no question that Christian loves dogs and he makes sure the walkers on the Fetch staff meet his standard.  As for Traci, whom I mentioned in a 2018 posting, she is the most wonderful walker.   We totally recommend Fetch Old Town for your pup. I have used Fetch  for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats attitudes have been "we didn't miss you at all". Beth  W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at "Club Med" and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. The truth is that Fetch is a bit more expensive than an a la carte dogwalking services like rover and wag! for a 15 min walk but they're extremely reliable and it's always the same person, which makes a big difference. My dog loves his walker, Heather, and is always super excited to see her. For ease of use, communications and the quality of the service, I highly recommend Fetch! Pet Care. More...

Katherine was a fantastic cat-sitter! Upon meeting her during our free consultation, I could immediately tell she was kind and trustworthy and my kitties would be in excellent hands! She carefully listened to my instructions, asked questions and spent time meeting my very shy, special needs kitties. She was also super flexible when our plans changed and adjusted her schedule to accommodate our last-minute requests!
