Fetch! Has been outstanding caring for our two dogs and one cat. The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! They love and care for our animals (and plants) as well as we would, and they take great pics of our fur babies! I am so comfortable leaving my pets and house in their care! More...

I hired Fetch to take care of my 2 dogs and 1 cat. While my husband I were on vacation, our hot water heater burst creating a flood in our basement. We’re very lucky that the Fetch team was there to catch this, their quick actions not only saved our home from water damage but ensured our animals were safe. Kathy Magnuson (Owner), got in touch immediately and kept us in the loop every step of the way, making sure we were comfortable with how Fetch was managing the crisis. Caroline (Sitter), comforted our pets upstairs while Kathy called in the fire department and spoke with them on our behalf. Both Kathy and Caroline helped to clean the mess left behind to ensure the space was clean and safe for our pets. Especially our cat, whose food, water and litter boxes are all kept in the basement. Before this happened we were so happy with the service and loved the standard of care that Fetch provided, but what they did for our home and pets in an emergency was above and beyond anything we would have asked or expected of them. Using Fetch pet care was amazing experience! When I was on vacation, they took care of all my fur babies, fish and axolotl ! They even sent me pictures of all my babies when they visited! I get really anxious leaving my pets alone for any length of time and as a pet professional myself I can be picky and nervous about who I leave I charge of feedings. Fetch pet care was an anxiety saver!!!!! Will 100% use again!!! More...
