Fetch! Has been outstanding caring for our two dogs and one cat. The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! I want the world to know what an amazing crew, management and owner Fetch! Atlanta has to offer. In my 50 years I have never come across a company that provides such exceptional service, kindness and sincerity. It is said that Neiman Marcus and the Ritz Carlton set the bench mark and provide the ultimate in service. I do not agree and believe Neiman Marcus and the Ritz Carlton can learn a few things from the staff and management at Fetch! Atlanta. Just reading the Dog Walker’s Journal (which is provided after every walk) can put you in a better mood. The walkers observe, take pictures and use a checklist that is compiled into a report which follows each walk. I researched and reviewed several services before selecting Fetch! For a company that states they have very experienced dog walkers, my experience is the complete opposite. My puppy was not walked at all, but instead "played with". They made me pay for this "walk". At the end of this "walk" my puppy is supposed to be fed, he was not. I texted the walker and asked if something happened and why my puppy was not fed, she refused to respond. I know my dogs pooping schedule. I returned home from work and the play that the dog walker did, did not happen outside. My puppy was sitting in poop for hours and it was obvious that he had pooped more than once in his kennel. He was whimpering when I came home and got him out, bathed him, and fed him as he was supposed to have been 6 hours earlier. I really like paying for a dog walker, that is over priced, to come to my house and not do their job. This is a horrible company and I would not trust your dogs to these "experienced dog walkers" they don't have a clue on how to handle dogs or walk them. More...

Fetch Pet Care is great! Miss Paulette took care of our Karma while we were on vacation. She sent us daily updates. We have also used Fetch Pet Care’s taxi service to take Karma to the groomers. The groomer told me how nice and loving Miss Paulette is to Karma. The groomer told me this without my asking when I called to make payment. We have been using Fetch Pet Care for over 5 years. They are the best!!! The best Pet Sitter for my little Bitsy is Elaine. She is the best. She talks to Bitsy the same as I do and takes her outside, which she loves. She gives her treats for going to potty and she know how to make her cross her feet in front of herself as I do. She also takes pics and sends to me and leaves me a letter about Bitsy when she was here. She is the best, I always choose Elaine every time I need a pet sitter. I have used Fetch 2 times, the 1st time I came home earlier than the sitter thought I would be home only to find my Fatima full of poop and advised the pet sitter that she would need routine booty baths as she has IBD and sometimes she gets poop on herself which she did not. Fatima had days worth of poop on herself and the entire house stunk because of it. Since I came home earlier than the sitter thought I found the petsitters husband inside my home which I never agreed to nor did she ask me if he could come to my house. The second time. The pet sitter was over confident, on her first day she traumatized my cat Buggy who knows no strangers. He got his name because he is a pest to all who enters my home. She traumatized him so much she couldn't even give him his medicine and because she couldn't do her job they had to call someone else in to administer the medications and then charged me double each time, twice a day for 5 days and didn't advise me there would be an extra charge. Then when I complained about the charge Lori tried to make me feel like a crappy guardian stating that other pet parents wouldn't have complained about the money as long as their pets were being taken care of. I couldn't get her to understand that that it isn't about the money it is about her communication and taking advantage of me being out of the state,and that she should have at least advised me of the additional fees. I will never use Fetch again. Buggy has not been the same and when I got home I had to take him to the vet because he was so stressed out I didn't think he would make it. They take no responsibility for their actions when they are wrong and try to put it on you. It is not my fault that the second sitter couldn't do her job and someone else had to step in. If you go to Mc Donalds and order food and the girl at the register doesn't know how to run it and they pull someone else in to complete the transaction you don't get charged extra for that.So greedy this company is. Hello Fellow Pet Lovers. My name is Tamara Bean, I am the proud owner of Fetch Pet Care of NE Atlanta which I opened in March of 2020. I have over 14 years of experience in the pet care industry, opening my first location in 2007. After spending 8 years in the financial industry I didn't know what I wanted to do other than spend the rest of my life doing something that made me smile. I knew joining Fetch! was the right decision for me and was excited to be a part of such an amazing industry. It's always a good day when your clients greet you with tail wags, purrs, and sloppy kisses. But best of all... They never fail to make me smile. :-)

Fetch! Your In-Home Overnight Sitting
With our In-Home Overnight Sitting your pet can maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own home while you're away. Your sitter will come in the early evening to feed, water, play, and cuddle with your pet(s). The sitter will spend the night and depart the next morning after approximately 12 hours of care. Want to ensure your dog's brain and body are both worn out? Do you have a yard or other safe location large enough to play interactive games? Sign up for our 40 or 60-minute "Walk & Go Fetch!” service, and we will take your pup on a 20 or 30-minute walk, followed by another 20 or 30 minutes of playing Fetch! or other interactive games. The Sniff & "Go Fetch!"
This service ensures that both your dog's brain and body get stimulated! It is virtually the same service as the walk & "go fetch," but with our "sniffy" walk instead! *Package Discounts Available.
The "Stay, Play & Go Fetch!"
Our stand-alone "Go Fetch!" service where we can help expel your pup's extra energy by throwing the ball or interacting with different tools such as tug toys or frisbees. Private Dog Park Excursions
If your dog has more energy than a fast-paced walk can expend, we can take them to the nearest off-leash dog park where they can play and run. Our private dog-park excursions are all about safety, and the dog handlers will only take multiple dogs if they are from the same household. Private Trail Hikes
