I had a website hosted and built by another company. I wanted to switch to fencepencil, have them build me a new website and then optimize it for some local keywords I'm going after. I contacted the original company to tell them I'd be switching. They got very upset and told me that my website would be "going offline" in about 7 days. The design team at fencepencil quickly got to work and were able to work with my domain registrar, and hosting company to unlock the domain and transfer it over to another platform. They had the website up in about 5 days. I was simply amazed by how fast they were able to save my website from going offline.
