I really appreciate Fellowship Fleet service. The day was rainy and gloomy but the driver Jeff made the ride as smooth as possible. He was an extreme gentleman he walked us to our venue door with an umbrella and also took some of the ladies coats back to the vehicle. Thank you so much for the great customer service. I have used Fellowship Fleet on several occasions for the #chicagoalphatour, a historical tour of the Bronzeville area, and each time, the vehicles were clean, comfortable and on time and the drivers have always been extremely polite and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend them!!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! I used Fellowship Fleet for 2 different events. As an event planner/coordinator, I expect high levels of service for my clients. Fellowship Fleet proved on both occassions how PHENOMENAL they are. I had no issues with booking. They contacted me the day before to verify and confirm the pick up location, contact person and drop off locations. My clients RAVED about the drivers. Community Renewal Society has used Fellowship Fleet to transport VIP guests for our major fundraising events. Fellowship Fleet is very professional, timely and provides the best service. Recently one of our guest missed her flight and would be late to meet the other 10 guest at the airport. I put a call into Fellowship and I was able to order another pick-up with no problem. This is the second time I used this company and I am hooked! The first time I used this company was for a ladies trip downtown Chicago. The driver called to let me know when he arrived. He arrived ten minutes early and told me and the ladies to take our time to come to the car. The driver was very friendly!The second time I used this company was last night for my 30th birthday! We had the same driver from the downtown trip. He arrived on time and did not rush us. I really appreciated him not rushing us since I was five minutes behind schedule. When we got in the car, it was very clean, and the driver was very patient with us. Especially since we had to take our time so we wouldn't fall while walking in our heels. I've been a loyal Fellowship Fleet customer for years!! Â I often refer them to my friends and I even use their service when I have artists travel to Chicago for lectures at The Art Institute. The sedans/limos are always clean and comfortable. Â And I haven't had any problems with them picking me up on time from my house or form the airport.I most recently used them in October for an artist who was visiting from L.A. and she loved the driver.
