I lost 10 pounds doing the cleanse program and my cholesterol levels dropped significantly. The positive results was a motivator to make permanent dietary changes - am now eating more fibers, vegetables, and fruits, while significantly reducing consumption of meats and processed foods (e.g. no gluten). Before meeting Marina, I struggled with excess weight and health-related issues. I tried different diets, strenuous exercise, and even supplements. This brought only temporary results and I was steadily gaining weight. I needed someone to help me to get unstuck and to become healthier. I chose Marina because I was inspired by her own results and passion for what she does. Her sentiment that success is inevitable struck a chord with me. I lost 19 pounds on the program and 2 years later still maintain my weight. This is due to learning life-changing habits that I have started doing every day: mindful eating, physical activities, positive attitude, gratitude journal, meditation and so much more. A friend of mine was a client of Marina’s and as I watched her transformation and heard of all of the many things that were changing in her life; it sparked my curiosity. I knew there were things in my own life that could be going better. I wanted a change and I wanted to be living a better life. When I was diagnosed with hypertension my body was telling me that I needed to change, but I was lacking a sustainable structure and toolset to make the changes that were needed. I knew the key was diet, exercise, and a mental awareness. I had tried to incorporate diet and exercise before, but I wasn’t able to make it a lifestyle change. When I started to work with Marina I knew that I was on the right road. Her program was geared toward ME! How I could make small stepwise changes to the lifelong habits I needed to develop. I needed to become the best version of myself. She has a coaching style that is very direct and extremely thought provoking. A healthy diet is very important to your health and wellbeing. But it is only a part of your overall wellbeing. What you eat, how and when you eat, how you manage stress, whether you are active or not and finally your relationship to yourself and others are of equal importance. Only by looking at the full picture, you can achieve the results!

I love to see the transformation in my clients, What makes me smile is the realization that my clients quit medications they have been taking for years, or losing weight made them reach for the sky, achieve other goals and be much happier then they were prior to meeting me.

I was overweight 20 years ago and had health-related issues. I tried different diets, deprivation and none of that worked in the long run. I tried strenuous exercise which did not bring the desired results. I realized that only by changing my lifestyle, I will be able to lose weight and maintain it. This was how I lost weight myself, but most importantly it transformed my life! If you implement the small steps every day, consistently, gradually and pleasurable, you will change your lifestyle! If I can do it, everyone can do it!

I provide the system, support, and accountability for you to succeed! With me, success is really inevitable! I believe in the power of small steps. If I ask you to drink a glass of water each morning, would that be difficult? If you do only that but every day, it will go a long way towards your health. There are literally a lot of things like that can be done without extra time or willpower! You would need to learn them and make them yours!
