How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet, along with proper sleep health, well calibrated exercise, and nutritional supplement (when needed) are the pillars of a healthy lifestyle. All wrapped in self-love, respect and a gentle approach with oneself.
