Troy(and his family) is absolutely amazing! Last July, he catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception. The rehearsal dinner food selections were not only tasty but perfectly catered to Southern food in honor of my SC in laws and husband's family. He knocked our wedding reception out of the park. He even honored the request of the bride for mashed potatoes-one of her favorite things. The food was absolutely delicious...better than some of our favorite "fancy" restaurants. Troy is honest and extremely reliable. He left the area where he prepared food meticulously clean. His love for cooking shines in his smile, attitude, and excellence in his work. We take value in your wishes and needs when creating a menu and make educated suggestions and realistic goals for ways to exceed the expectations for your event
What do you love most about your job?
The instant gratification that comes with the food service industry. You are able to see the fruits of your work... good or bad; you know where you stand at the end of the day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion meets purpose I suppose. My passion for cooking paired with the joy that people having an event or otherwise, share and show when they are gathered with food.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Honestly, quality food service was already prepared for Covid. We were already in the practice of washing our hands extensively, we already washed and sanitized all major contact areas, we already wore gloves to prevent cross contact. We do all of these things and will also, wear masks if requested by our clients or their guests.
