What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
PRACTICE! Myself and my second shooter both practice, all the time! We also do continuing education courses, attend conferences/training held by our mentors in the industry and strive for consistent images that provide our vision, for every session. We constantly push ourselves to learn and grow....and great equipment doesn't hurt!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Event details are a great way to find out the basics but we love meeting our clients, in person or by skype. It helps us find out what your desires are and ensure we convey your vision for your wedding, pregnancy, birth, or children's portraiture.
What do you love most about your job?
I love every aspect of my job. I work with an amazing group of women who make each client feel great about themselves. We offer our clients high end service from beginning to end: In studio hair and make up, bakery fresh snacks, wifi, beverage bar, superior session & post production options and much more.
It is so much more than a photography session. We make friends, we laugh, we keep in touch, we watch families grow. To say I am blessed is an understatement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved business. It just took me a few years to find my passion. Being able to do what I love every day is enough reason to dive in, for me!
Why should our clients choose you?
I think, once you meet us, you will just know. Not only do we provide our clients with an experience and have so much to offer, we provide something that is hard to come by these days: exceptional client service. It is my job to ensure you are happy. This isn't just a businesses. It is passion and art and charity and friendship and joy. The amazing final product is just a bonus!
