I rented 2 tents for an outdoor wedding on Sat. 11/9.Because the bride did NOT want a tent at the ceremony site, we kept watching the weather, and I waited until Mon. 11/4 to actually book it, & pay for it. That's cutting it close. Starting back in July, when I began pricing rentals, I was getting a lot of voice mails, when I called the various companies. So, there was all this back & forth, phonecalls, texts, & emails, just to get a quote. Carlos personally answered the phone, every time, then communicated with me via text, (which is MY preferred method.) His prices were also significantly lower than the other companies. There was only 1 other company, with a lower price, but they were hard to reach.The ultimate reason I chose Fab & Fancy was good customer service. The day before the wedding, we arrived to the venue for rehearsal, and they were there, installing the tent.The bride asked for it to be moved over, and they made the change, without any problems or complaints. When they did my wedding they made it the most special night of my life and something I will never forget. A year I go I came down to Florida for my cousin’s wedding. Everything was stunning, it was an outdoor ceremony. The complete setup of the location, flowers, the arrangements was breathtaking, and the reception was top notch from the glassware to centerpieces, I was truly stunned. I was going to be coming down to Florida for a photo session and contacted Fabulous and Fancy to assist me in making a bridal bouquet for my photo session, I sent them the colors I wanted to use and a few examples of what I wanted. They did not disappoint. The final product was beautiful, no words can thank them enough for having it ready for my photo shoot, despite it was a last-minute trip, they were still able to work with me and my budget. I would highly recommend them and in the future if I need further assistance, they will be my go-to. I've seen the whole wedding set-up and how beautiful their work is and I've also hired them for something small and I know they will not disappoint.
