EZ Builders Group Inc.

I had attempted to do a renovation with these contractors and had gone quite a ways into the process when everything fell apart on my end.  My mother in law who I was building the extension for, bailed on the idea 1/4 of the way into the process ( I was already doing the blueprints).  This was a disaster for everyone.  I had lost the money I had already put into the blueprint design, not to mention all my time and effort in it's planning, and EZ Builders had apparently already signed contracts with the construction teams to build my renovation.   Unknowingly I had placed EZ Builders, and their project manager, Rose, in a terrible position where they could lose a lot of money beyond what I had already lost.  Despite the hardship I had caused them, they where very patient and understanding.  Rose in particular was always my advocate in all of this and went way above and beyond her duties to me.  Even helping to talk me down with all the conflict I had with my own family.  Major construction is a horribly challenging for anyone, but having someone like Rose at your side makes it a lot better.  I honestly don't know what would have happened if I hadn't had Rose at my side through all of it or had not picked this very respectful construction company. The quality of the work is great. The project was managed well and finished less than a month. The only issue I have is the cleanliness, my whole rest of house was not isolated and got dirty.

Earthquake retrofitting would seem to have no glamour, but EZ Builders responded to our Home Advisor inquiry about doing the work quickly, expertly, and promptly. The workman they assigned did work which pleased me and the Long Beach Building Department. He was proud of his work. The permit was obtained by Ariel, the salesperson and project manager. EZ Builders was absolutely fantastic to work with, they provided excellent insight and information into our project and had extremely competitive pricing. We had an issue with the city that went on forever but they were there every step of the way fighting for our project to get permitted and done. If we ever had a question someone was always there to spend as much time as we required to answer our questions. For our next big contracting project I would contact these guys again in a heartbeat. EZ builders were the first to give us a quote on our earthquake retrofit. Ariel did a good job of explaining what would be done. He pulled the city building permit.
