He is seriously the best trainer!! He not only will get you LOOKING great, but FEELING fit! He recommends great supplements, diet advice , great pricing and always gives dimensional intense workouts- he definitely knows what he is doing!

Adrien has helped me a lot. This was my first time having a personal trainer and I have nothing but good things to say. He had me doing a variety of workouts that were definitely challenging and made me feel great after leaving the gym. Working out often has definetly boosted my confidence for when I work out at home or outside. You hear it all the time and it is so true, as long as you STAY consistent you will see results! I have been training with Tony since about mid-August 2017, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Not only am I seeing great fitness results (weight loss, inches loss, muscle tone, etc. ), but I am confident that with the guidance I've received from Tony on this journey, I will be able to maintain my progress. Tony is very patient and accommodating. His work-outs are consistently challenging, engaging, and fun! I always leave feeling energized and empowered. Tony is very intentional about each and every work-out he designs for you, and will make whatever necessary adjustments to help you reach your goals! He works very hard for you and always makes sure that you are comfortable while pushing you further than you thought you could go! Currently, we are about halfway to meeting my overall fitness goals, but I know that I will continue to train with him long after my goals are met because I enjoy working with him so much! We help our clients meet their fitness goals through a free 1 on 1 consultation. The best way to get a client to their goal, is to figure out exactly who they are and why they want to accomplish their goals. The consultation starts out with a fitness questionnaire that allows us to get to know the client so we can make sure we are on the same page with what they want to accomplish. After learning about the client, we take the time to teach them how we to get to their goal so they have an understanding of what is needed to get there. Next is a short workout which helps us determine what shape the client is in and put together a personal training program that fits their needs.

There is no secret! In order to get the body of your dreams you need hard work dedication and consistency. Personal Trainers are not miracle workers, but by using the right one, you can get the guidance needed to get you to that dream body!

I love seeing my clients get the results they are looking for. Each month we do measurements and a weigh in. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a client light up with excitement because they are finally seeing the results they have been wanting after years of trying it on their own.

I have always been an athlete and most of my friends/family members look at me to be a fitness guru because I have always been training for a sport. They all have asked for me to write up workouts or to train with me. So after years of helping friends and family members, I decided why not try to help everyone that has fitness goals.

I would say a client should choose me because I am great about figuring a person out. Everyone is different so there should not be a universal 1 training program fits all. I know how to customize workouts and meal plans to get each individual to their desired needs. So if your an athlete you should be doing sports performance training not weight loss training or tightening and toning programs and vice verse. People are motivated differently as well. I feel I do a great job of tapping into a person and figuring out what motivates them, after all not everyone wants to have a drill sergeant or even need one.
