Hi. My name is Pallavi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about supporting individuals to find a path to their most Authentic Selves.

I have been in the field of healing since 2006, beginning my journey with the Holistic Healing Arts of Yoga and Hypnotherapy.

Once I entered the Clinical Mental Health Field of Counseling, I gravitated towards working with those who presented with Disordered Personality Traits, Complex Trauma (Generational and Individual) and the Severely Mentally Ill.

My first job is to put myself out of work so that means we DO work in each of our sessions so that you are able to let go of learned patterns and behaviors and operate from a grounded space of self compassion and empowerment.

The acculturation of my East Indian Heritage and Western upbringing allows me to encompass a multi-cultural & humbling diverse perspective. Compassion, Genuineness, and Authenticity are at the core of my Trauma-Focused Approach. Transparency, Humor and Validation is how I offer a safe place of healing and transformation.

I am able to meet with Clients through online portal or in person.
