Exemplar is the best gym and community I have ever been around. The trainers and staff all know their stuff, are continuously motivating you, and make everyone feel welcome and included. The Rush class is my favorite gym class I have ever taken and no two classes are the same. The fellow members round out this awesome community of friends and equally motivated people. Anyone looking for a new gym should definitely check this place out! You can try a class for FREE and they have great introductory rates with no long term commitments. Exemplar is like a family and a great, private gym that makes you feel at home. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and very supportive. I have been going for about a year and can't think of a single reason that I would ever want to change! I have been with Exemplar for over a year and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. It feels like home. The atmosphere is comfortable and the members and staff have become family. My fitness journey has been a rocky one, to say the least. I must have “began” a plan or program or challenge probably 50 times. Every time I would give up because of intimidation or shame or fear. Every time. I discovered Exemplar in a round about way; a friend of a friend of a friend, if you will. It was a leap of faith and one of the scariest things I’ve done. Meeting the staff at Exemplar and allowing myself to become engrained in the family was the best thing I’ve ever done. Slowly but surely, that family helped me to become confident enough to walk into the gym and do work alone. Yes. You read that right. That was my number one goal: to be confident enough to workout alone. The team and family at Exemplar helped me achieve just that. I will never find a gym that feels more like a home in my life. They have been such a support system to me that, by now, they are some of my closest friends. If you are terrified of a smith machine and a pull-up bar like I was, take five minutes to walk in the front door of Exemplar.
