My college daughter flight was cancelled and she had to fly in to Rochester instead of Itacha. It was late on a Sunday night in middle of snowstorm approaching. Mike not only picked her up and got her to Itacha safely. He also went above and beyond being flexible on payment and actually notifying me of another student in same situation as my daughter and by ride sharing, saved 50%. He also communicated with me and my daughter though out the process and drive. One to the BEST transport companies in the world and I have travelled almost 10 million actual miles in my lifetime.
