They were super flexible with our needs, very responsive, and the food was fantastic. Several of my guests wanted their contact information for their own events. The only hiccup we experienced was with our schedule on the day - must have been a miscommunication, and we waited for 30 min for them to show up before leaving and letting them get started without us. No harm, no foul, but given the stress of the day, we could have done without the hiccup. More...

Bill and Chef Were so amazing to work with. They let me customize my menu for my event, provided options and siggestions, kept my secret at the party and the serving staff was perfect for my group.

What’s your signature dish?
Our menus are custom designed to accommodate ethnic, regional and diet related culinary preferences and includes plated, buffet and chef station presentations. Our goal is to turn each personalized menu selection into a signature dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
ExecChef considers two primary, personalized factors to create menu proposals, starting with our client's menu preferences for food and beverage, attendant services and theme decorations. Another important factor is the client's budget. These considerations require an exchange of information and ideas and we are available to discuss our client's vision at their convenience.
What do you love most about your job?
The team at ExecChef takes pride in the efficient, productive efforts and talents required to generate better-than-expected catered events. Client satisfaction and appreciation is our motivation and drives the pride and passion we have for our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many years of experience in the hospitality industry and an unrelenting drive for personal satisfaction and success was my inspiration to start my own business.
