I discovered eVOLV via Groupon promotion, I was visiting ABQ for spring break and didn't want to pay drop in fees, so I gladly opted for their promotional class pass. Their yoga practices are hot & humid, this adds intensity to the practice. Their instructors range from mid-high level, each one being completely unique, though all of them are energetic, kind, and connected to the practice.Their yoga facility is humble, and while it is not the most beautiful I've ever seen, they make mindful use of the space (I think the Himalayan sea-salt lamps are a wonderful and healing addition to the practice). All of that being said, I've really enjoyed all of the practices I've been to and definitely do not regret investing my money and time here. If you're a beginner, or even a more practiced Yogi I'd recommend giving eVOLV a try. More...

A friend got me to try hot yoga which was also my first attempt at yoga every in my life almost 2 1/2 years ago. What started as a way to seek help with my hip
issues from having my 3rd child quickly evolved into not just physical healing but mental and emotional healing as well. Since then I couldn't help but drag anyone and everyone I loved to yoga and now it's become a huge part of my life and that of my family. I've so tried other studios along the way just to see what else is out there. The trainers at Evolv whether it be yoga or otherwise stand apart from everywhere else. They have a unique approach in guiding others to find and achieve their goals and once those are accomplished.. Create new ones.. In all my years of countless gyms I've been too, I've never once felt
so welcomed. It doesn't feel like a gym, it feels like an extended family.

Great gym with excellent vibe. Affordable. The trainers are welcoming, encouraging, and challenging for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. A wonderful variety of classes promises good cross-training and never a dull moment. From hot yoga to core sculpt to barre classes in the hot room as well as cardio classes in the form of step, move (dance), Shock (martial arts moves), chaos and burn (a mix); or muscle/weight classes in the form of body pump, intensity, kettle bells, or booty; in addition to boxing classes and ones using the gym rings that hang from the ceiling...there is something for everyone and I recommend trying them all to find your best fit and once you do, change it up! Great energy/vibe!! There are some places where you go to workout and it can be intimidating; eVOLV Strong is a much more welcoming environment. The staff are always helpful and ask what they can do to make your experience better! The people you workout with are just like you: hard working, looking to improve their health, and from all walks of life. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We pride our selves in making sure each client plan is designed specifically for that individual and is not a one size fits all plan. Another huge part of making sure the client is successful is the quality of our training team is second to none.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, Determination, Never Giving Up and a great trainer!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the successes of our clients more than anything. It is not just about the way one looks it is about the confidence one builds and the way they begin to feel about themselves that is a wonderful driver for our success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started at a big box gym where there were so many policies and guidelines that were restrictive in creativity. eVOLV is the antithesis to those types of gyms where our trainers and therapists are given the tools and discretion necessary to service the client the best way they know how.
