Alexandria delivered on everything we hoped for and more! From our first convo, she made it so easy to personalize what services I want and which I wanted to try myself. She understood the assignment to find us the most fun, artsy venue in our budget! And even with all the ways we turned tradition on its head, Alexandria trusted our vision and helped make it come true. Her organizational skills complimented our artsy chaos to truly make the perfect wedding day. And afterwards, everyone talked about how calm and kind she treated everyone. Alexandria was one of the best investments that we made for our wedding! My (now!) husband and I wanted to plan our wedding mostly on our own, but we heard that a month-of coordinator was a thing and I’m SO glad it is. Even though I feel like I have a pretty good handle on event planning, there is NO chance the day would have gone as smoothly as it did without Alexandria. We clicked with her from the start, and she went above and beyond our expectations. I had so many vendors tell me how fantastic Alexandria was in her planning and communication- to the point that our venue even offered to cancel our final check in meeting because the info they received from Alexandria was so thorough. She handled all our vendor communication the week of, it was such a game changer. She also provided us with resources to organize and plan each decor item, delivery and set up. Day of the wedding, she was even MORE amazing. She also brought an assistant, Julia, who also went above and beyond (she literally held my dress train and intuitively followed my lead while my husband and I practiced our first dance a few times before the ceremony!). Alexandria and Julia made sure everything was on schedule and going according to plan. They had set up everything exactly as I had envisioned it- some thing even BETTER than I thought they could look. She handled any issues that popped up (like I totally forgot to have something to put petals in for our flower duo…no prob, Alexandria figured it out. Or we were running a bit behind with some photos and I was bummed that we were going to miss cocktail hour…nope, Alexandria got the venue to extend our cocktail hour by ten mins so we could enjoy. Unreal!!!). And then, just a few days after the wedding, Alexandria sent me over a hundred candid photo and videos she grabbed throughout the day. She captured such special little moments, it was so fun to go through them while we waited for our photographer’s gallery. All in all…absolutely hire Everlasting Events. Leading up to the wedding day, Alexandria took so many things off of our to-do list, from reserving our hotel block to finalizing all the vendors to helping with the timeline. She was always responsive, professional, and helpful. As for the day of, she was even better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did she make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but she helped with decorating, moving decor, and even took a ton of content for us. 2 days after the wedding I received a message with over 200 videos/photos of our wedding day. We both left our phones in the suite the entire time and because of her, we got to relive the day while we wait on our professional photos/video. If you’re hesitant to book a coordinator, please do it. She was such a huge help to us and I firmly believe our day wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did, if it wasn’t for Alexandria. THE BEST! We would not have survived the day without Alexandria. We woke up to strong winds and on-and-off scattered light drizzling rain, we ultimately made the call to move our ceremony inside. Working with Alexandria from the get-go was wonderful, she organized our timeline, and her team touched up all the decor and organized the pre-ceremony snacks wonderfully, she worked with the rental company Rustic Drift to move our ceremony indoors. She was attentive, kind, and great at managing all the moving parts of our wedding day, I really did not have to feel like anything other than a bride the day of.
