Nicki actually turned out to have covid and couldn't come herself, but found us a great replacement, Mac, and things went very smoothly so I don't think there was much if any impact on our experience. Nicki was fabulous to work with! We originally thought we could handle the day of events on our own with help from family. We finally decided to hire a day of planner and landed on Nicki! She was super prompt in getting back to us and was absolutely a delight day of. We heard from multiple people from our wedding that they found Nicki that night and asked her a question that she was able to answer. Nicki and Lauran are amazing. I hired them for a two month planning package and day of planning/coordination for our back yard wedding.

Our wedding day was PERFECT, there was not one thing I would change about it - It was hands down one of the best days of our lives. My husband and I and all of our guests had so much fun.

They did such a great job coordinating vendors. They can plan, but they can also execute an event that may be in a challenging/unique space.

Nicki helped us with last-minute planning as well as day-of coordination for our wedding. We hadn't done a lot of prep work, and accordingly didn't expect much - but somehow, the event looked and felt like it was planned for a year, binders and all! I was impressed with how smart and capable she was; she not only kept us on track with vendors and task lists, but also played guide/cheerleader - telling us what to expect while reminding us that it should be fun! We hired Nicki to handle our almost 200 person wedding, trusting her to ensure our ceremony went as we envisioned and our venue to be set up as I dreamed. Nicki and her assistant handled it. I was that bride that had a ton of DIY decorations at an outdoor venue with potential rain - and she still made it happen, stayed on schedule and kept me from worrying about anything. I cannot say enough positive things about Nicki! I do not know how my day would have happened without her. She took care of (and improved) so many things that I was stressed about, and made the day run SO smooth. Any time I had a question or concern, she had already taken care of it without hesitation. There are truly so many little details that I didn't even know I had to think about! Her expertise truly shines.

I hired Nicki as my day of coordinator for my wedding. And I am so glad I did! She was FANTASTIC. I am someone who plans and organizes everything. But I knew day of my wedding, I would not have the capacity to put out fires.

As soon as Nicki and I spoke on the phone I knew she would be perfect! We corresponded a few times before my big day, and on the day of I was having anxiety, but as soon as Nicki got there all worries just melted away. She took the reins and was able to make my vision come to life! I honestly can't thank her enough for keeping the day on schedule and just making sure everything was to our liking.

Where do I start? I began looking for a wedding coordinator after we had already postponed our wedding from 2020 and my husband (fiancé at the time) discussed how to make the actual wedding day less stressful.
We made this decision about 3 months before the wedding so I was a bit concerned about our chances of finding a great coordinator, given the short time frame before our big day. When I had reached out to Nicki, thankfully, she had availability for our wedding day and she was actually the very first wedding coordinator I consulted with.
From the very first time I had a phone consultation with Nicki, I got a sense of how well organized, professional, accommodating, and experienced she is. All the qualities of what I was in search of. Honestly, after having a conversation with about 3 other coordinators, I told my husband that I knew Nicki was the one we needed for our big day.
As soon as we hired Nicki from day one, she was always so helpful, attentive, and accessible. We instantaneously knew we made a great decision getting to work with her.
Leading up to our wedding day, Nicki made sure everything was ironed out and although I am a control freak, I was able to trust Nicki with my vision completely.
When I tell you our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, I am not exaggerating.
The execution of our big day, including the communication with our vendors to all the decor to the pretty much seamless transition of one event on our timeline to the next during what would otherwise be a hectic day, felt so so smooth.
If there was any major hiccup during our wedding day, I wouldn’t have known one bit because Nicki and her assistant had everything under control.
All the things people said leading up to our big day like “you won’t remember it because there’ll be too much going on and you’ll feel like you won’t have time to enjoy it” was completely untrue. My husband and I had the time of our lives and our big day was memorable from start fo finish! We had moments we enjoyed between ourselves and got to interact a good
Amount with our guests. This is all because we thankfully had Nicki and her assistant on our side.
We still say to this day that our wedding day wouldn’t have been the success that it was if weren’t for Nicki.
We are grateful that Nicki was our coordinator and our perfect day was even more perfect thanks to her knowledge, experience, professionalism, organization, and ability to keep things under control.
On top of this, Nicki is fun, personable, understanding and willing to ensure her clients’ vision is executed how they want. She even went above and beyond and far exceeded any expectations I had prior to hiring her. I can truly go on and on about Nicki and how if you’re thinking about booking her, do not hesitate! We are fortunate we had a chance to work with her and highly recommend her to everyone. :)

One word seamless.
The entire experience working with Nikki and her team was friendly and professional. They thought of all the details and make sure everything was done to our expectation and beyond. Nikki was very well organized and dealt with all the purveyors for us. Due to the pandemic we had to work with a very tight timeline. This was no issue whatsoever for Niki. Come the day of there was nothing that Nikki wasn’t doing. From pouring wine to checking on the kids and ourselves she was literally everywhere. Our wedding would’ve not been the amazing experience that it was without the hard work and attention. If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Working with Nicki is nothing short of amazing. The thought, timeliness, organization and attention to detail are just a few of the amazing things she will contribute to your event. I initially was going to coordinate my own wedding/not have a day of coordinator (huge mistake). During our wedding planning, my sister in law had a backyard wedding put on by Nicki; we knew in that moment we NEEDED her for our upcoming wedding! She made our wedding everything we could have imagined and more. Through postponements due to COVID, a last minute venue change, and other misc issues that popped up, Nicki kept the ball rolling and had solutions to each problem. Planning a wedding is stressful, and Nicki brings that stress to a manageable level. She will work her tail off from the time you hire her, to the end of your event when the guests are going home. The best 30th EVER!

I was so lucky to have Nicki plan and execute my 30th birthday party!! I had a defined budget and she made everything work: food (excellent), decorations (everything covered wonderfully), music (great DJ), invites (covered), lighting (inside and out! !), day of oversee, you name it. I come in two months before the wedding, reviewing plans, touch base with vendors and develop a detailed timeline to ensure that your event is perfect.

Day of Coordination Includes-

• Two consultations (up to 1 hour each)
o Recommended one at ceremony/reception site.
• Wedding guidance via email/phone
• Contact vendors one month prior to wedding.
• Development of a detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors
• Handle distribution of payments to vendors (day of wedding)
• One hour of personal service at rehearsal scheduled in advance.
• Coordination of Ceremony – Set-up and processional – TBD photos
• Coordination of reception, at minimum includes-
o Management of Vendors activities including, food service, photography, rentals etc. Set-up of place cards, favors, gift/guest book, table centerpieces and basic décor.
• 8-10 hours of service on the day of wedding (combined ceremony and reception)

• Review contracts as needed.
