There was a problem with the reservation that was arranged for by my company. Nicay was at the front desk. She was patient with me for over 2 hours as I had to call our corporate reservations and work out details. She sent multiple emails on my behalf to help resolve the issue. In the mean while she checked me into my room and helped get a room for a colleague that was sent away by the Holiday Inn next door that was having the same issue. Nicay was always smiling and reassuring during the whole process. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Also the general manager works out in the hotel gym which is beautiful and has equipment to suit everyones exercise needs. The hotel is clean and offers a complimentary military style laundry service for work out cloths which is really convenient. There is also a great healthy restaurant/bar in the lobby with really nice and attentive wait staff. More...

stayed during Samsung phone launch in August. walking proximity to Barclay and feels extremely safe. The hotel TV channel default starts with daily exercise video which can be annoying but overall great for convienient hotel in Brooklyn

I highly recommend this hotel. Overall no complains. Front desk staff incredibly helpful and friendly. NO complaints about the room, well maybe one but it's personal preference - mattress was a tad too soft but don't let that statement stop you from selecting this hotel option.

The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. We also thought that the location was excellent! Great cafe {Devocion) nearby for morning coffee, but I would not recommend walking around by yourself later at night because of the drunks nearby.
