What do you love most about your job?
Through all my experiences, I discovered a calling to share what I have learned in my personal journey to help others find inner healing and success in their relationships, business, finances, and life. As a Certified Master Life Coach and mentor to hundreds of people throughout my adult life, my mission is to be the guide for others that I so desperately craved and needed as a young woman. My goal is to inspire others to hold themselves accountable for their actions while working to envision a positive and productive way forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I attribute my success to trusting in my Faith and its power to set me on the right path.
Rather than feel shame or regret about my past, I believe the trauma and tragedies in my own personal life formed an unconquerable inner strength while lending me with the empathy to connect with others, wherever they are in life. I chose to heed a calling to share what I have learned in my personal, and professional journey to help others find inner healing and success in their relationships, business, finances, and life.

Because I have been through what you are going through, and I know the way out.
I was the child of immigrants in a family riddled with abuse and gripped by poverty. I was kicked out of my house at 16 and I had to fend for myself until I was married at 21. When my marriage fell apart, I had no support structure, little money, and even less training.
Today I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful kids who runs her own business and even started a non-profit to help the homeless get back on their feet.
I became a Certified Life Master Coach and I have found my calling – giving people what I wish I had when I was just a young, confused Haitian immigrant trying to survive on her own.
I am a firm believer in personal accountability. My coaching is designed to provide encouragement and guidance while also holding clients accountable for achieving the goals they set for themselves.
It was not easy to get to where I am today. Along the way, I learned so much, and that knowledge is what you have the opportunity to use for your own benefit.
Pre-Coaching Consultation
Are you undecided if this is the route you would like to take? Let us talk and discuss if we would be a great fit together. In this session, we will get to know each other and go over expectations from both sides. We will go over your goals, and together decide what the next step should be.
Career Coaching
If you are looking to up your professional game, I will help you define and work toward your goals through career coaching built around a personalized career plan. Through my career coaching services, I will help you envision your career path and then learn how to realize your professional goals by working on interview skills and helping you navigate important issues like appropriate business attire, the workplace chain of command, healthy conversations with colleagues, your relationship with the boss, and how to climb the corporate ladder. I will also help you strike a healthy work-life balance and can coach you through a career pivot when it is time for something new.
Relationship Coaching
A good relationship is a healing balm that feeds our souls. On the flip side, a toxic relationship can make life truly unbearable. Through my relationship coaching services, I will work closely with you to review your relationship timeline to discover any repetitive and unhealthy cycles and patterns. We will then discuss how to identify what works in your relationships and how to value and appreciate the time you spend with your loved ones. Together, we will establish healthy ways to communicate and build effective communication strategies that strengthen your relationships. Working from a “same team” mentality, I will work with you to compile a trust inventory and help you look within yourself first to understand and then define boundaries that work for you as you learn to love yourself first.
Financial Coaching
Personal finance is something most people take for granted -- until the bills start piling up. Through my financial coaching, I will provide guidance on how to create and stick to budgets, how to effectively pay off and manage debt while avoiding future debt burdens, and how to develop healthy financial habits. We’ll also cover the fundamentals of personal finance and help you understand how your credit is established and how to raise your credit score.

A full-life transformation does not happen in a vacuum. It takes the helping hands of others ready to infuse you with the power, faith, and belief in yourself that anything is possible when your tribe has your back.
