Hi, I'm Erin,

I am a NASM certified personal trainer with years of coaching and training experience. I also hold a BS in Nutrition from the University of Vermont and am currently pursuing a Masters of Nutrition in order to become a Registered Dietitian.

Using science backed fitness principles and behavior change I work with my clients to set goals and take the steps needed in order to achieve them. Clients have personalized programs specifically tailored to their goals and I am with them cheering them on every step of the way.

Consistency is key! And the key to consistency is finding a routine that you truly enjoy and can stick with, which personalized programming will help you find.

I love working with people and getting to be a part of their journey! I also genuinely *love* the gym, so spending my day there is a pretty good gig.

I have both the passion for fitness and nutrition and the education to back it up. With my Bachelors, fitness certification, and current degree in progress, I am well-equipped to use the latest practices to help clients meet their goals.

Yes, I offer both in-person and online training and nutrition services. Virtual training is done using the equipment that the client owns, but even if that isn't much I promise we can still get the work done!
