My husband and I LOVED working with Erin Johnson Photography. Two of Erin's associates, Noemi & Kendra, photographed our wedding and I can't say enough about both of them. They arrived right on time and were wonderful to work with all day. It had recently snowed and was about 35 degrees on our wedding day. Noemi and Kendra were able to capture the beautiful fall and winter scenery at our venue while being mindful of keeping us warm AND keeping my white silk dress clean. We could not have been happier with our wedding photos and our experience with Erin. Both she and Katee did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and both of them turned out wonderful! The quality of our photos is absolutely amazing and they were actually published on our reception's website and another website. Erin was extremely calm and kind, but able to provide direction for what could otherwise have been a very chaotic day given how many people we had in our wedding and in our families. Erin's work is ridiculously stunningly beautiful. She is a dream to work with, as well. Erin was extremely flexible towards shooting a tiny wedding on a Friday evening and she was extremely helpful in helping determine the best place to get married (My husband and I were married in a park). She helped fix my hair and veil when the wind was blowing it around and she suggested numerous wonderful poses for my husband and I to utilize that ultimately resulted in a large number of GORGEOUS photos. As soon as I looked at the Erin Johnson Photography web site, I knew I had to have her photograph my wedding. While reading and learning more about her photography style, it was everything in words that I wanted but had not been able to articulate. I had researched a lot of photographers and nothing had resonated with what I was looking for. I was so thrilled when I saw her site and contacted her immediately. I knew that she was extremely talented and probably booked out very far in advance. Our first phone conversation was fantastic and we just clicked. I felt like we had known each other and were friends with the way our conversation flowed, how she picked up on my vision of my wedding and the style of photographs that I was looking for.

Erin is funny, personable and it is evident that she is doing what she was put on this earth for. She has such an eye for just the right shot. Her style is whimsical, romantic, not necessarily traditional (but can be depending on what the couple wants) and just, overall, always stunning. From our engagement pictures to the wedding pictures, everyone raved about them. I was so proud to have such incredible photos documenting such wonderful times in our lives and Erin is the reason why.

Leading up to the wedding, she communicated well, was flexible and open to my thoughts, patient with my questions. She was always prompt and had a smile on her face. On the wedding day, the team consisted of Erin, an assistant photographer and an intern. The three of them made a lovely and fun team to work with and put me at ease. They had a way of being there in the moment, but me not even noticing ... which I think is perfect at a wedding. I knew they were getting all the shots we had previously talked about and could completely trust that everything they did was fantastic. And it was.

Erin and her team were extremely professional, flexible, and friendly. My partner and I felt comfortable working with her. We had a two day wedding and she was super organized and timely to everything. Because of the unique nature of our wedding things didn't really begin or end on time and Erin remained patient, attentive, and flexible. At no point did she seem bored, annoyed, or exhausted (even though she may have been on the inside!). She and her team were so cheerful and fun and kept our energy up throughout the long shoots. We fell in love with Erin's photographic style from the very beginning. When we were concerned that she wouldn't fit into our budget, she helped us select a package that worked for us, and remained generously flexible on individual items when we needed to add (or subtract) hours/albums/etc. She was always on time, worked tirelessly on both our engagement session and wedding day, and provided our photos well within the time frame. Not ONLY am I absolutely in LOVE with her photography style, she is truly a joy to work with.  As a surprise for my husband, I went to Erin to have photos for him taken.  In what might be the most uncomfortable of situations, she put me at ease, made me laugh and allowed me to feel as though I were spending time with a friend - as opposed to someone I'd met a matter of minutes before.  Her ideas (lighting, positioning, backdrops) were FABULOUS, and the photos were absolutely GORGEOUS (if I'm allowed to say so ;).  In my life, I have NEVER felt so beautiful and I am overwhelmed by the kindness Erin showed me in creating that feeling.  She is SO talented and has SUCH a great eye...I wouldn't DREAM of using another photographer.  If you haven't yet, I INSIST you check out her blog - her work speaks for itself. As a former wedding coordinator, I have seen hundreds of photograhers and wedding images. Erin's are among the best, if not the best, I've seen. So much so, that, when I got married I knew instantly Erin would be the one to document our day, plus engagment photos and the other festivities that surround the day.

Erin captured every angle of our personalities. She gave us all the traditional shots (family photos, the kiss, cutting the cake), took tons of candids that totally capture the day's mood and personality of our guests, did a AMAZING session with us in lots of locations around our venue...in places I would have never thought of and now CHERISH. We also really loved our engagment session at her studio. She has a charming studio with unique backdrops and props.

We are so thankful that we captured those priceless moments with Erin's photography. As a result, we have the most INCREDIBLE photos, a GORGEOUS canvas, a STRIKING album (if you get it make sure to have the cover photo printed on metal. It's breath-taking.), a DVD (because you can get the proofs...which isn't usually the case with wedding photographers), and lots of other little perks that I am so thankful for.

Erin will certainly be the only photographer my husband and I use through the years. Can't wait to have our Christmas photo done and hopefully, one day soon, we'll have baby pics!!! More...
