We traveled from Florida to Alaska to elope! Finding Erica was the biggest blessing! She captured the most romantic and intimate day of our lives and made it so special. She is so artsy and knows all the rights spots and angles! I can’t say enough good things about Erica. As a person, and as a photographer. She is one of the most talented photographers I’ve seen and we were so lucky to have found her. She was the first “vendor” we picked when we started the wedding planning process, because capturing such a special moment in our lives was the most important to us. We knew after meeting her and seeing her work that there was no one else who would be a better choice for us. We didn’t even have a venue yet! She just has such a sweet personality, she is so humble and gracious about her amazing work. We actually decided to have a destination wedding in California, and she was willing to fly out and photograph our day! And WOW! We couldn’t believe how much fun we had with her throughout the day. For our engagement and wedding photographer, we couldn't ask for more.  Out of all these sunny days, of course we ended up with rain TWICE!  First at our engagement photo shoot, we experienced a hail storm.  Just when I was about to get disappointed and give up, Erica kept her energy and professionalism and continued to shoot.  Our pictures turned out romantic, whimsical and absolutely fantastic!  Then on our wedding day, the dreaded cloud storm came again.  Erica made the best of the situation and delivered gorgeous photos.  Her style is elegant, classic and timeless.  Also, I love the fact that she gave us instructions on how to pose.  She definitely has a point of view and will get the shots that she wants.  That's why I love her.  Erica, I'll be looking for you for baby and family portraits in the future.  Hope it won't be raining then :) More...

I love Erica.  We hired her to for an engagement shoot and our wedding shoot.  We had the engagement shoot last weekend (on the hottest day of the year so far).  Even though it was hot, the pictures came out beautifully.  We dragged her all around my old hood (Lakeview) and she took pictures in alleys, the brown line stop, a bookstore, and even in the Yogen Fruz.  She made us look good, and not like the semi awkward nerds we are.  I can't wait until my wedding next year for those pictures.  She is also very affordable, personable and makes you feel comfortable while asking you to kiss in public.  Also, as a random aside, she is the fastest eater ever.
