One of the last storms blew our fence down on the front side of the property. I was able to get a free estimate from Ergeon without having anyone come out. We set up an online video call through Gmail since that what i had available and I was able to show them the property and damages. This was a very convenient   and quick feature. I received a detailed quote with images of the finished product of computer renderings and phone call regarding the fence and materials to be used. Ali has been amazing so far. I have a small project and he was very up front with me as scope of my project might be a bit smaller than he would normally take. But, he still spoke with me on the phone, walked me through some of the ins and outs, sent me an email with information, facts, and some key points to pay attention to and ask questions about with other companies. Needed to get my fence replaced and received a call back from Katherine, she was very kind had great customer service and very knowledgeable about the fencing material/ layout , within 24 hours I was able to get a quote and a call back going through it, very fair price for the quote, quality of work and I really enjoyed the detailed breakdown, if everything turns out fine this would be my first chose for fencing since I've received 4 other quotes from different companies but never had such great customer service 10/5 for Katherine.

I was really impressed with how quick and efficient the quoting process was! I was able to do a video conference walk through of the property with Orlando and was given a quote time of 2-3 days. Andrea was extremely helpful with teaching me about the different fencing options and did a great job of helping me decide which was best for my budget. Ergeon did an excellent job from quote to executing the project and even beyond that with follow ups and check ins every step of the way. I needed a fence installed on my side yard, and called several places for quotes. Ergeon promptly provided a free evaluation and quote that was on par with others, and I ended up choosing Ergeon due to their attentiveness during the this process and explaining exactly what to expect.They were able to come out within a week of approving the quote to install and even followed up after project was complete to confirm I was happy with the fence. Alfredo and the Ergeon team did a fantastic job with our fence. This review is for the quoting process only. Sergio provided a free estimate for a fence replacement project, which started with a virtual meeting on Google Meet. My husband walked our property on his phone, while Sergio recorded the meeting. From the recording and measurements with Google Earth, an estimate was provided. Sergio was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He answered all the questions very well and was a great communicator. Definitely one of the easiest to communicate with out of everyone we contacted. As for the estimate itself, it provided a clear breakdown of each side of the property (easier to see the costs per neighbor). I would like to provide a slightly different point of view on my interactions with Ergeon.   We had a complex residential fencing project that we sent out to bid.   I worked with Andrea and she diligently followed up on quotes, she was thorough in her documentation and conscientious.    Ergeon was competitive with the bid, but the lead time was longer than we could accommodate so we went with another provider.     Despite this, Andrea was courteous, positive and supportive.   To me, this reflects a certain grace and dignity frequently absent in customer service.   I suspect if we worked with them, we would have had an excellent experience like so many others.   Based on my "pre-project" interactions, Ergeon seems buttoned up and thorough. This company was all up-front customer service and spent an inordinate time on the estimate of the fencing, but when it came to the staining and sealing, it all just fell apart. We were waiting months to get a simple staining of the fence work that was done. Three months on, after people came and went at the company, we finally got a date and the guy that showed up (my neighbor was in charge because they started the whole fence process, so don't know the final names) had transparent stain, even though I showed him that we had an estimate for redwood stain. He apologized and then went off to Home Depot supposedly, but when he came back and did the job, I didn't get to sign off with him, and I am convinced that he did not use the redwood stain. The process was very quick with a spray method - he couldn't have been here more than an hour doing the actual work, and it barely looks stained compared to my other section of fence done by another company.Update: The Redwood stain was used per Mario, but there was a miscommunication about what the outcome would look like, as it didn't look like my other fence color, which I said that I wanted upfront. I think that was an issue on both our parts - lack of proper sign-off of the color. More...

For now, all I have done with Ergeon was a quote for a wooden fence for our front yard. I received a reply on Yelp right away then was given a phone call and text message by Diego. Diego was very helpful and clear with informing me about what they would need. Diego then asked if we could video call so he could see the property and to walk the fence line for him. I obliged and was given the outline of the fence superimposed over a picture of my yard. The quote came in the very next day. Ergeon reached out to us after our experience, and I have to say they went above and beyond. They sent out Armando, a regional manager, who spent a considerable amount of time going through every inch of the fence and noting the issues. He found far more things wrong than even we knew about. It turns out we had also paid for full 1x1s around each section to cover the gaps, but we didn't get any of it in the original installation. It's safe to say most of the blame fell on the contractor.A few weeks later they sent out a repair contractor, Ottavio, who worked an entire day and did a fantastic job. We got all of the bad boards replaced (about 10-12), two bad posts replaced (one was twisted, another bowing), badly repaired kick-boards replaced with new single boards, and we even got the gate reinforced and a handle added. The project manager Nestor was also very involved and helpful getting everything scheduled.So while there was a bit of hassle back and forth, I'm super appreciative that Ergeon reached out again and fixed everything. They do seem to be very concerned with the quality of the work performed, which is really reassuring for a large expense like this. I would be happy to do business with them again! More...
