I love the daily report cards! I didn’t take a computer with me on the trip, so I couldn’t watch the playroom. Getting the app wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be Next time I will try to download before I leave the site or take a computer on my next trip. Also, I had car problems and couldn’t pick up Piper at the agreed time, and the staff was helpful and kind about the change in pickup time. Absolutely loved the service here at EPK9! This was my 1st time boarding my dog and she loved it! She loved having other dogs to play with and I loved the daily report cards! They sent daily report cards that included videos and pictures of my fur baby along with a summary of how the day went! Would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place to take care of their pups while out of town! They cared about my dog almost as much as I do! More...

This place is great but a little pricey. However, I don't mind paying because I'm able to keep an eye on them the whole time. Just be careful with what you pay for. The first time I paid for the full service and noticed they didn't trim my pups nails or cleaned his ears. More...

Absolutely loved this place! Antolin was very helpful in answering all of my questions and I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there after speaking with him! I have a husky and a lab mix and they were great with them! I am scared of leaving my husky at any grooming place because he's full of energy, very vocal, and he suffers from separation anxiety. Vianey was very gentle with them and I love how they have cameras set up and I was able to check up on my dogs while they were getting groomed! I am very picky about where I keep my dogs, and EPK9 did an amazing job making my pups feel right at home during their stay. We were extremely happy with the quality of service we received at EPK9. The detailed feedback given each day on our dog's stay helped us to be comfortable while away on vacation. Absolutely enjoy this place, we found out about it through our mutual friend/ pupper play mate owner. We haven’t been disappointed and our pup enjoys his time here. He’s always excited to go, plays all day then comes home and sleeps which is a win win. I've worked with dogs for years in several daycares and boarding facilities, so I'm very particular about where we send our pups, and EPK9 is among the best. The staff are so friendly and we received daily updates on how our girl was doing. Excellent communication and reasonable pricing. I went in with my dog for the interview process and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. The place was extremely clean and had plenty of room for the dogs to play. I took my 6 month old puppy this weekend, it was her first time getting groomed and it went great! Prisy did a beautiful job on her, she smelled so good and looked great in a pink bow and pink dye on her little paws! When I went to pick her up, my puppy seemed so happy and joyful, not scared at all. Prisy had very helpful comments to make her next visit even better and the price was great. My puppy is full of energy so I was scared a groomer would have a hard time with her but Prisy is truly a natural with animals and I have no doubts that she will be able to handle my puppy as she gets older and bigger! Customer service is a top priority! Staff was quite informative and approachable.Took my two dogs to get groomed and bathed. Enjoyed how they took their time to allow me to pick their haircuts and ensure that I was pleased with their work.On top of that, I could see my dogs getting groomed via cameras online through their website!
