I cook every thing, but my specialties are seafood and comfort food, whatever makes people comfortable.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have some dishes that I cook more often than others so that helps me to narrow down the items that go on my menu. Also, whatever the clients like I can make in a healthy way.

I love that I can provide people with food that tastes good and encourages healthier lifestyles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to use my gifts and passion to provide a better life for my son.
