I truly love helping! I'm a helper and "healer" at heart so much so in my spare time I volunteer to support urban community youth and disaster services.

During my time of meditation and reflecting it finally hit me. It may sound corny but I knew it was time to provide help to others and meet needs beyond what insurance would allow. I wanted to step outside of the confines of the traditional clinic to meet people where they are emotionally and mentally.

My services are available in the most convenient manner available in this century. I provide phone coaching and email support in between weekly sessions. Also I very much use intuition to guide your session so no two sessions are alike. I am dedicated to identifying your specific needs and making recommendations accordingly. I focus on your strengths and abilities and aide you in building on these areas. No judgment! Again, phone or Skype coaching is only available at this time.

Services

This is an introductory course in safe and small setting to learn the basics of starting a mindfulness meditation practice. We will review techniques for staying in the moment and strategies for getting the best experience. Dates will posted on website and facebook

Mindfulness is about being present in the here and now! I'm now offering instruction and coaching on Mindfulness Meditation to anyone seeking an instructor for small events, groups or individuals.

These workshop session as designed to help you in being more reflective. Journaling is form of mindfulness that increase awareness and an amazing coping strategy for difficult times, healing, recovery and more!
