About

I started my solo practice in 2017 after working for a number of offices that cared more about the bottom line than the people. I continually saw how the health care system is designed to fail people.

I want to change the way people go about finding the answers they need to their health problems. That is why I started my practice, Empire Health and Wellness.

A session with me entails a thorough discussion of your pain, discomforts, fears and anxiety, and goals when it comes to your body. I like to think of myself more as a “holistic body coach."

My goal when it comes to patients is to coach and empower them to use their own body to make changes within themselves.

I am fascinated by our body and brain and how they so intricately work together. I find our understanding of the body and how it works is sometimes limited. This can be a huge factor into the success of overcoming an injury or ailment or looking and performing your best.

When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy cycling and weightlifting. When COVID isn’t an issue, I am an avid traveler and have now been to over 15 countries. I also love to keep an active mind through continuing education courses and seminars.
