Working with Emily was amazing. She is passionate about what she does, and it shows in her photos. My (now wife) and I loved our time with Emily. She is lively and energetic and fosters an environment where it's easy to let your natural self shine for her to capture. This is a must have in a photographer for any event, as taking photos can start to wear you down. During our entire shoot, she made great suggestions, and was just overall enjoyable to work with. She pays attention to details, and her little adjustments make big differences in the final product.

Emily did our engagement shoot and it was so much fun! We had never had our photos taken before but she made us very comfortable. She just seems like a very laid back, happy person. I was planning a trip to Seattle from Phoenix, and I had the daunting task of finding a photographer to capture some sweet memories for me. It is so hard to find someone to trust miles away, but I can say without a second of hesitation that Emily Keeney was amazing. Of course my photos are more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, but the entire experience was phenomenal. My children are 4, 3, and 1... and then there’s my adult child (husband), I never felt rushed or stressed during our session. Emily is Amazing! She took the best pictures I have ever had taken of my fiancé and me! I am so in love with her work! Emily is so easy-going, talented and FUN to work with! My husband does not enjoy having family pictures taken, but he actually enjoyed the process because of how easy Emily made it. We got our final images back really quickly, which I loved, and she outdid herself the variety in all of the shots! It was nice to see so many different “stories” and angles through her eyes! Especially with how well she captured our restless kiddos - they look sweet as ever in pictures. � Emily also did a great job of incorporating the special items I brought along for the photos. Emily is a true artist! She hadn't started her wedding photography yet when booking our wedding photographer so we hired someone else, but she offered to take a few shots before the ceremony of me and during the reception of my husband and I. In the brief 30 minutes she had total she took some of the most STUNNING pictures I have ever seen. I am disappointed that I didn't ask her to take more pictures! She has an eye for gorgeous artistic shots. She is also great at finding fun way to make the "models" feel comfortable, safe and not just plastering on a lame smile. I also love her eye for unique places and things in nature. She found a small patch of tall grasses next to a highway outside of our reception hall. I honestly didn't know if the pictures would turn out being so close to the traffic but they look as if we are in a golden field! She is the sweetest person in the world who just want to make everyone feel special. I highly recommend Emily Keeney Photography! More...
