Emily was so friendly from the start. She was very prompt in her responses and full of ideas of where to shoot. When we got to the session our daughter warmed up to her immediately. Emily didn’t make us do anything awkward and it felt really natural and easygoing. Look no further, this is the photographer you need to book! She was our wedding photographer for city hall, and we also planned a sunset photoshoot on the beach with her. The day went smoothly and Emily made everyone feel comfortable and natural, and all our photos show how happy we are. Emily captured everything perfectly and delivered our edited photos in less than 2 weeks! We love every photo, it was like re-living the day again! I had found her on Google, reached out to other photographers for quotes etc., but I knew Emily was the one as soon as she emailed me back. She is super friendly and felt like part of the family immediately, which made us all feel relaxed and comfortable all day. As a photographer myself, I tend to be on the picky side when hiring a photographer for my own family portraits. When I reviewed Emily’s work, I was immediately drawn to her and booked her for a family session, while we vacationed in San Francisco. Our experience with Emily was top notch. She is very professional and super friendly! She greeted us with a big hug as if we knew each other from years ago. During our session, she was very relaxed and easy going. We hired Emily to capture our wedding day and she did such an amazing job, my husband and I were speechless and couldn't stop looking at the pictures! Emily is Amazing! She captured our wedding perfectly and we had quite a few pictures to share within hours. She also brought Tiffany as a second shooter who is just as wonderful. Emily knows all the best shots in City Hall and helped 2 people (us) who don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera feel very relaxed and happy. This review is not for photography because unfortunately Emily was booked on the date of our event. I think this review is just as important because it is a reflection of her character. Instead of just saying "sorry I'm booked" Emily got additional information about my event along with my budget, put it out to her photographers network and then sent me multiple emails with leads for photographers who were available for my event. From those referrals I found a lovely person to work with and I have Emily to thank for that.  Even though the schedules didn't align on this project, it is clear that Emily is a person who cares and will put forth effort to help someone achieve their desired outcome. Emily did a mini photo shoot for our family and we could not have been happier with the experience. Emily did a family photoshoot for us and it was such a wonderful experience! The best part was how she made us feel comfortable, we almost forgot that there was a camera pointing at us. As we were running after two toddlers chasing soap bubbles on a hill, she managed to capture a variety of unique moments, even romantic ones! Emily was super fast at processing our photos, that I found in my inbox the next day....it brought a lot of emotions to see how well she had captured the essence of our family in an hour, including the love, the fun and the action ! We had Emily as our photographer for a maternity shoot, and I absolutely plan to use her again in the future! I'm obsessed with our pictures, and she got them back to us faster than I was expecting. I wasn't sure that I wanted to have photos taken when I was super pregnant and felt huge, and I'm so glad that we did it. Emily made me look and feel beautiful, and the pictures are stunning. I am always very critical of pictures of myself, and this may be the first session in years that I truly feel good about how they turned out. Emily captured some great traditional shots of my family, and I love all of the less posed pictures that show off my daughter's personality.
