There are many things that I love about my job as a fitness trainer. First and foremost, I love helping people reach their fitness goals. It's so rewarding to see somebody transform their body and their health for the better. I especially love working with seniors and helping them become more flexible, build stamina and endurance to live a higher quality of life.

I also enjoy the challenges that come with being a certified master trainer. Every day is different, and I never get bored. I'm constantly learning new things and trying new exercises. Plus, I get to meet lots of interesting people from all walks of life.

But if I had to narrow it down, I would say that what I love most about my job is the feeling of satisfaction that comes from helping others improve their lives through exercise, daily movement, and nutrition. There's nothing quite like it!

Yes, Ellen Bari Fitness provides virtual personal training services for individuals and couples. Fitness training is easily done over Zoom. This makes it possible for people to get the fitness training and nutrition counseling they need without having to go to a physical gym or location. Instead, they can exercise and get nutrition support from the comfort of their own homes.

We offer virtual online personal training via Zoom feed so that your fitness training is 100% Covid safe. When we do in-person fitness training in your home, Ellen is fully vaccinated and boosted. She cleans and wipes down all equipment with alcohol and disinfectant before and after every training session. Additionally, Ellen can wear a mask; it's just a little harder to hear her. :)
