Ella Cleaning Services LLC shattered the roof on all my expectations. I went on bark out of desperation due to not cleaning for a whole year because of severe depression/trauma, and found Elona. She message me back the same night, came to look at my place, got me in the very next day! I haven’t seen my house look like this since I moved in 3 years ago! My eyes watered up and I couldn’t stop hugging her! You have no idea how much this meant to me. Will be scheduling again! Oh and I almost forgot to add, she is very sweet and wanted to make sure I had enough for food for the week and she split my payment up into 2 paychecks. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 8 years. Actually, it is more than 8 years, but before that, it was just occasionally cleaning ,till we figured out that we have to focus in here and to work with more professionalism to improve our name and to reach the place we are today .
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring our cleaning supplies and equipments, but also we are open to use costumers equipments if they want to do so.
What do you love most about your job?
Our job has to do directly with our costumers happiness and relax. We love to interact with them and create long term relationship, doing our job in that level that gives them relax, and enjoy their day with family or friends. We are happy when our costumers are happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our cleaning services over 8 years ago. It was just occasionally cleaning in the begginer. Working and learning was the best experience to create later our business. It was the apriciattion of families towards us that inspired us to keep continuing , improving, and being later proffesionals that gave us the confidence to expand , and have more happy costumers . Making our costumers happy is our inspiration for being in this business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always have been careful with protecting our costumers from bacterias and viruses since before Covid-19 shows.We always use products that kills bacterias and virueses,use gloves,taking off shoes and putting slippers in costumers houses,using clean towels and paper towels.After cleaning,we disifect everything before we leave. We are all vaccinated.
