What do you want people to do on your website. What do you want them to remember when they come here. Where do you want them to go.
Describe your creative process.
We get a feel for what a customer wants with their own vision and example sites they like the look of. Then revisions take place narrowing down each design.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I have a website questionnaire that covers all of the questions I need answered.

Delivering a finished product that is exactly what the client wants, and doesn't go live until they are satisfied.
