What inspired you to start your own business?
Carlos David RamÃrez, emigrated from his native Quito (Ecuador) more than 20 years ago, like all immigrants, with the only purpose of having greater opportunities and a better future in the United States. He traveled with his dreams, goals and hopes and his Marketing Bachelor Degree from the UTE (Equinoccial Technological University) as well.
He started his business walking from door to door, offering his personal tax preparation services, thus initiating his first personal company under the name of MULTISERVICES. With the increase of the clientele; he saw the need to form an established business as a corporation and went from being MULTISERVICES to CENTRO LATINO INC. CENTRO LATINO INC. offered bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation services, with the aim of helping and serving the community in general, especially the Hispanic community.
Such was the success of CENTRO LATINO INC. that patents the name under the format of Commercial Franchise creating LATIN FRANCHISES. It expands through the state of Florida in the following cities: Sebastian, Fellsmere, Palm Bay, Fort Pierce, Port Saint Lucie, Stuart, West Palm Beach and Lake Worth.
Then, he founded his second company, LATINO TAX COLLEGE INC, later changed the name to: LATIN AMERICAN BUSINESS INSTITUTE (LABI), with the objective of sharing his knowledge and everything he had learned, with the Spanish tax preparers, facilitating their learning in their own language: Spanish.
He also created his company INCOME TAX SUPPORT SERVICES INC, and the brand TAX SEASON PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE, a company that offers the program to prepare taxes. A practical, competitive program, easy to use and above all, at a very affordable price.
