I'm a photographer based just outside Washington DC. I specialize in lifestyle portraiture. I love photographing engagements, proposals, families, and amazing individuals.
I also photograph stage performances. I was the official photographer for a musical theater company based in São Paulo, Brazil for 3 years.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A sense of timing and a complete understanding of your photographic equipment. I also believe a thorough art education really translates to a photographer's craft.
What do you love most about your job?
Those moments when you catch the perfect emotion in a subject, or the perfect stream of light shining on it. Most of all though, I think it's all about making memories tangible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I think I always wanted to be a photographer. I spent my childhood trying to capture everything on film so that I would never forget special moments. I love that I get to do that for other people. Capture memories that will be cherished forever.
