My experience with Michael Ferzoco, Kelly Hayes and staff at Eleven Interiors has been phenomenal. I had an idea of the work I wanted done when I contacted them - a complete renovation - but no true vision. Upon our first meeting, led by Michael, we talked in general on what would appeal to me. Next they viewed the condo and floor plans. Followed up with a few phone conversations EI then presented me with a plan that reflected all that we spoke about. I knew they listened. They gave me a vision. They brought in NS Builders and the work began. The work started end of October 2017 and ended in May 2018. I was impressed with the entire crew and their willingness to answer any questions I had. Overall, the building detail, cabinetry, furnishings and all the minute details needed to bring it all together - Eleven Interiors overlooked nothing. Andrew and Dee are two of the most talented individuals out. I found out about them through This Old House on TV. They did a beautiful job that exceeded my expectations on my home. They are not only talented but competent. WOW! I could not be happier. They are well worth the money spent. I've done much shopping around and found there are almost no design firms worth their paint that would take a job for less than 50k, and if they did it would be pro bono. Eleven Interiors completed and supervised the complete redesign of the kitchen in my condominium. This included a redesign of space (opening up the space), design of custom cabinets, new appliances, floors, etc.
. in addition, the team supervised all construction and all aspects of the work. Eleven Interiors understood my style and overall design objectives; provided me with many different options and satisfied all of my requirements and objectives. the space turned out better than I could have expected.
When there were difficulties in construction, I was informed right away and provided with alternatives and a recommended course of action.
Michael and his team are vere professional and repectful. they made the process very easy on me and kept me informed every step of the way.
The design option and material options were all interesting and reflected my taste and style. The team helped me sort through various options and what would work best together.
All aspects of the work was very professional and top notch. They take a personal interest in making sure their clients' needs are met and they exceed expectations.
In addition, Eleven Interiors has assisted in other aspects of redesigning my condo, including furnishings in many rooms. The results have been fantastic. They take the time to understand personal tastes and preferences, yet bring new and interesting ideas for my review as well.

I hired Michael and his staff (ie.Stacy,) to provide consultation on design choices I was making for my new home. Their design style was consistent with mine, and I was thrilled to have their help. They helped me make construction, design, and purchasing decisions, and saved me from making major mistakes. The tradespeople they hired were wonderful, and I found everyone's rates to be very reasonable. What's more, they were fun to work with. I had never worked with a decorator before and didn't know exactly what to expect. I was suprised that they did not impose their ideas and preferences on me, and were respectful of my opinions. Michael Ferzoco helped me choose and buy furniture for our 7000+ sq ft. house on Cape Cod, overlooking the bay. The hardest part was that the house was being built when we made the decorating decisions, and we could never "step into" the space. So it was extraordinary that the main living areas came out as beautifully and well-proportioned as they did, gorgeous enough to have been photographed in several magazines. All thanks to Michael. He was a pleasure in every aspect of the process, funny, smart, tasteful, brilliant at interior design. I'd hire him again in a second should I need or want to redecorate. My husband and I hired Michael at Eleven Interiors 7 years ago to help with the interior design of our apartment, and we used him again 4 years later when we moved into our first home in the suburbs. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Michael always listened thoughtfully to our suggestions and helped bring our vision to life. When we were unsure how to proceed in a particular space, Michael always provided fresh and innovative ideas that really pulled our home together. Michael Ferzoco and the staff at Eleven Interiors are in a word, "fabulous!". From the conceptual start of the kitchen renovation in my loft, to the plans and samples, to the installation and final inspection. ..all steps were timely, thoughtful, colleagial, and fun! Michael and his assistant Stacey worked very closely with me along every step of the way. They often addressed minor installation issues before I knew of them. They came in on time for a very important bash I was hosting, and they did everything to come in on budget. The quality of the finishes and cabinetry is superior; the final product makes me smile every time I walk into the space. What’s your interior design process?
In our initial meeting with you, we’ll determine the project scope and discuss your particular needs, wants, likes and dislikes. We’ll develop a preliminary budget with you. If necessary for your project, we’ll bring in contractors and/or subcontractors for estimates. We’ll create design concepts and prepare a presentation, including floor plans, color schemes and preliminary selections of various materials.
Based on your feedback, we’ll modify and develop the plan. We’ll refine drawings and materials to communicate specific design solutions to you and/or subcontractors. We’ll also update the budget details.
Once you have approved the design concept and we have determined an overall budget, we will finalize plans/drawings, schedules, furniture, lighting, finishes, fabric selections and all other specifications necessary to implement the project. At this time we will also submit more detailed budgets for your approval.
To ensure steady and efficient progress during these design phases, it is important to promote good communication between us and solid decisions by you. We encourage discussion during each of these phases.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Our firm creates spaces that allow our clients to live, work, and relax in an environment they love. Our projects include new construction and renovations. We work closely with architects, developers, and contractors in the planning and building stages. We design the interior spaces and select the finishes—tile, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, custom cabinetry and millwork, countertops and backsplashes. Then, we outfit and decorate the interior spaces with furnishings, accessories, and artwork. We are known for incorporating a measured mix of periods and styles into our interiors so that our clients spaces feel as if they have developed over time. We don’t have a “signature look.” Our design approach is project-specific and is dictated by the project location and the needs and requests of each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In his earlier corporate life, Michael Ferzoco, Principal of Eleven Interiors, lived and worked in Paris, France. Surrounded by amazing architecture and design in everything from furniture, lighting, accessories, and fashion, he decided it was time to follow his true passion. Michael returned to Boston and pursued his education in interior architecture and design while working part time for a large residential design firm. After completing his degree and working for several years in the field, he decided to strike out on my own and start his own design firm. Fast forward fourteen years and he is now surrounded by a team of six bright and talented colleagues and designers who collectively make Eleven Interiors the successful firm it is today.

Our team is very knowledgeable about the construction process and we take pride in our collaborative approach. Our business approach to interior design also sets us apart—the budget details and the lengthy communication with our clients means there is never a financial surprise during a project.
