Excellent, professional location. Front of house staff is always friendly and courteous. Had a horrible back spasm and Tina fixed it in a session.

I was having some pretty serious back pain the last few days so I scheduled an appointment at Elements. The therapist did an excellent job working out the knot that was causing my issue and gave me great advice on how to continue to treat it at home. My back is feeling so much better. I can't recommend this place enough. More...

After a cleaning job I had a lot of back pain but Katie and Tina (separate sessions) really worked out the tension. I felt like a 1,000,000 bucks the next day. I was right back to the grind. I highly recommend massage in any healing program. More...

Run well, clean, comfortable and very professional. Always depends on finding a good massage therapist which I have at Elements. Okay prices. It took trying several to find the one that is right for me. I do have two suggestions but neither are critical. Stop playing music during the massage. The music can be turned down but not off. The sound machine with the babbling brook is so much more relaxing since everyone's taste in music is so different. One person's relaxation music can be for someone else quite annoying and distract from the massage and relaxation. The second suggestion would be to use a higher quality, less greasy, sticky massage lotion. I bring my own but other customers may not think to do that. Prior to bringing my own, less greasy lotion the greasy lotion used by Elements prevented me from getting a massage as frequently. I had to schedule when I could go immediately home and take a shower. Elements lotion is very sticky and greasy. I have never had this problem at other massage therapy places. More...
