I made an appointment online and didn't have a specific request other than someone who could perform a deep tissue massage. I made the appointment and on the morning of the therapist called in sick. The team at Elements Massage contacted me and found another therapist who could fit me in the same time slot. The therapist that I ended up with was Lyndsey. This Elements locations went above and beyond my expectations. I had one uncomfortable experience with a therapist who must have been having an off day and when I expressed my concerns, they made sure to immediately address them. I was paired with Michelle next and she was such an amazing therapist, really taking her time on the problem areas and making sure I was as comfortable as can be. I was having really bad back pain for about 3 weeks and finally decided to do something about it. I had a 90 minute massage and Richard was my masseuse. He really listened to where I was having pain so we focused a lot on the area where I was having pain. He was always making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. After the massage I felt so much better. The pain isn't constant. I am planning on going every other month and will request Richard as long as he is there. More...

I have been a customer here for about 10 yrs. They are all excellent. I have NEVER had a poor message. I used to travel very frequently and went every 2 to 3 weeks from being on a plane and carrying a backpack weighing 40 lbs. I'm only 5 ft and my body was in pain. Now I go monthly because I work out. I always had deep messages. My therapists include Shayla, Katrina, Jessica, Ashley and Victoria...all are Excellent. I highly recommend this place. I do hot stones and messages 1, 1.5 and 2 hr ones deoending on what hurts. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed. More...

The office is very peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and explained all the services to me with compassion.
