Visited Elements Massage for the first time today and it was lovely! The waiting area is so tranquil, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Kim was the person that worked on me and she is very knowledgeable. The massage itself was splendid and the most relaxed I've felt in ages! The options they have for different treatments are vast, whatever you are looking for in a massage they offer. Got in last minute cause I woke up with a pinched nerve in my lower back! They scheduled me with Jordan, I always request a female but I was in pain so I didn't care and went in, so glad I did! ! Jordan was knowledgeable and knew what to do! He explained every move and got on the floor to show me stretching exercises I can do at home. I feel soo much better and attribute it to Jordan! Facility is VERY clean and relaxing. Rooms are private and appropriate. Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Massages are absolutely WONDERFUL and reasonably priced. The membership route is easy and very straight-forward (as far as what is to be charged each month). I have been getting massages at Elements Massage now for a year. Their online appointment scheduler is very easy to use and quite convenient, since I can use it at any time to book a massage. They utilize texting to confirm the appointment ahead of time. And the massages are wonderful. I have lower chronic back issues and I can say with certainty that massages are extremely beneficial. I really love going to Rachel. She naturally has cold hands that feel like icy hot when she first starts out and it feels amazing. I am a nurse, and I came in with excruciating back pain, and I left completely relieved of my back . I've never had such a food experience with a massage therapist in a long time and I've had my fair share of massages. Keep up the good work Rachel! Christina is also one of my favorites. Probably the most all around professional massage I've had, my massage therapist (Rebecca, I believe) really knew her stuff. I get A LOT of massages primarily just for relaxation, usually at more inexpensive places, asian massage places etc. A lot of places kind of depend on the day/massage therapist, but these guys seemed pretty well staffed and experienced. Everyone at elements is very friendly. Genuinely kind people and very professional. The prices are right for members! The rooms and bathroom are always clean and comfortable. I just had a very amazing massage with Silvia yesterday. She addressed EVERYTHING I asked her to in DEPTH!!! She consistently checked to see if I was comfortable with the pressure and readjusted where she needed. She addressed problems that came up as she went along. I feel amazing! She picked up on other issues I was having and addressed them as well!! She gave her full attention to relieving me of the pain and tightness. She didn’t just give me a superficial rub. She also gave some encouragement on a health issue (fibroids) that I’m dealing with. She took her time to listen and asked questions with genuine concern and encouraged me not to be hard on myself because of my condition and offered me wisdom that she had on the topic. Not only did I feel taken care of as far as my body being tight I felt cared for. I appreciate that so very much! On top of that Anja and Rebecca are amazing too! I just had a 1 hour with Jason. I'm a nurse and have a very stressful job. Jason's skills are life changing. My circulation is better, my mind is so relaxed, my muscles feel relaxed and brand new! Jason and the staff at the desk are very courteous, provide excellent customer service and really go the extra mile to meet your individual needs. Please please keep Jason and the current staff. The place is great looking and very clean. Everyone was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. Rachel did my massage and she was awesome! I have tough knots to work through most of the time and so I know most of my massages (deep tissue) involve a little pain, but it was definitely worth it this time! I have a membership here right now and use this service for pain management. The hot stones have helped loosen up tight muscles and help break up stubborn knots. If you're looking for a medication-free way to feel better, I highly reccomend coming here. This was my first massage. I was having back pain. My therapist, Sylvia, was great with asking questions before she started so she could better understand where my pain was and what I needed. The whole process of making an appointment online and such is really simple and I appreciate that. Fiancé needed a massage, so I booked her one and she LOVED IT. Her massage was provided by Jacob. She said he was a very nice person and made her feel comfortable. She said it was one of the best massages she's gotten! I was able to pay with my debit card through the phone and even tip on my card, making the whole process easy as I didn't want my fiancé to have to worry about that after her massage. I love this location! I always feel welcomed when checking in. I am a member here and get a massage usually twice a month. Alex is my masseuse and she is so thorough. She always asks how I'm feeling and does an assessment (asking if any particular part of my body hurts, or if she wants me to focus on anything in particular). I really appreciate that as my I deal with chronic pain and often times, different parts of my body are in different types of pain. She is a great listener and is extremely professional. During my massage she will ask at the begging if the pressure is okay. This location really focuses on customer service and they genuinely care about their customers. The location is always very clean and relaxing. I love this place and recommend it to anyone I know who needs massage of any kind. They offer aroma therapy and hot stone massage as well.
