The front desk personnel are always super friendly and Chuck is the best masseur I have been to. He always customizes his treatment and no 2 massages are the same. I also love that Elements keeps me informed when I have massages in the "bank" if I have not been there in a while (we are members and it is worth the monthly fee, you definitely get a great value!). Very relaxed atmosphere. When I first walked in the receptionist took me by the hand and walked me to an area with warm towels and wine. When I walked in the gentleman at the desk was very kind and welcoming. My massage therapist was Mina and she was wonderful. We started with the plan of going somewhat full-body, then when she realized how much tension I had in my shoulders she asked if it was okay to focus on that.
