Elemental Bloom provides 1-on-1 consults, classes and group coaching services to women or families interested in making lifestyle changes around food, and clients struggling to feel well, especially with fatigue, hormone issues, and fertility concerns.

I have a passion for supporting vibrance through real food. Real food provides the nutrients we need. These nutrients are used by and feed into every cell of our body. I believe we can experience more Joy in life if we are nourished down to our cells.
