We spent some time in a holiday home in Cape Coral and wanted to enjoy a great Christmas dinner with friends (9 adults and 2 children). The coordination in advance with Cristi was perfect - she immediately came up with a menu suggestion that we liked and coordinated all the necessary details. Since we were in a holiday home, Cristi and Shan brought everything we needed with them. Cristi conjured up a beautiful table decoration and there was even a “personalized tableware and menu” for the kids. The 7 course menu was absolutely fantastic. Shan had invested a lot of time in the preparation and the preparation in house was absolutely top level. As one of our guests said: "A Michelin star chef in your own house - you can get used to that." Perfect service from Cristi throughout the menu and she also took some great pictures of the evening. We worked with Chef Yashanti and Cristi on a private dinner for my mom’s 70th and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Since we were traveling from out of town, Cristi went above and beyond to give recommendations on accommodations and things to keep our kids occupied in the area. Chef Shan and Cristi are amazing! From the initial conversation all the way through the end of our dinner they were both friendly, professional and very personable! There were 12 of us and we did a 5 course meal for Father’s Day/Birthday dinner. Everything was delicious (even the meal they prepared for the kids) and was of high quality! The best part of the entire experience was the look on our spouses faces when they found out we had a personal chef to prepare meals for them! We scheduled Christi and Chef Shaun for a surprise private dinner party for my dad's 60th birthday. We received menu options in advance and since we were a group of 10 including small children, there were some changes. Not a problem for E'leep's Catering and we soon received a menu option that looked good to us with reasonable pricing. I contacted other chefs but Christi was actually the one staying in touch, following up and making sure she'll make us happy.The event itself was way better than any of us would have imagined! They showed up ~4PM, dinner was served at 6PM. In the two hours, Christi was decorating the table very nicely while Chef Shaun was cooking a FANTASTIC 5 course meal right there and then. It started with a 3 appetizers, one better than the previous one. For the main course we selected meat and fish (depending on the preferences or our party) and desert was a cold piece of white and dark chocolate pie on pistachio cream. Absolutely amazing and I could HIGHLY recommend E'leep's Catering to anyone looking for such a unique experience. Chef Yashanti and Cristi were an absolute joy to work with and provided such personal, and warm service. The meal was an absolute treasure. Chef Yashanti is a culinary genius and the six courses he prepared were each works of art. Also, Cristi created a stunning, perfect ambience that in conjunction with Chef Yashanti's culinary masterpieces created a memory we shall never forget. What do you love most about your job?
Creating the perfect menu for our clients. Offering full set up services and production based on the clients needs. We would say we enjoy building client relationships and being of service again. We always look forward to hearing back and work with our past clients for another special moment that we can be of service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
20+ years as a Banquet/Hotel/Country Clubs, Sous/Executive Chef, I wanted to further my talents to people in their home/venues my learning on international cuisines. My wife took E'Leep's Catering off in 2014 and furthered our services as a one stop shop.

At E'Leep's Catering we offer Private Chef Services with every client receiving a customized 7/10 course menu of your interest from Chef Shan personally. We provide a beautiful table set up and clean up within our price. Each course is presented table side with Chef Shan. Wine pairing is available at request with Chef Shan recommendation.
