They messed my order twice then when I asked for them to fix it me told me maybe I need to learn how to order .. Rosa the manager did this I asked if we could return the food and just get our money back to go to another restaurant to get what we want correctly and she laughed and told me I already paid for it ! ! Called today at noon to make reservations for 9 people. I asked if we could bring in a small cake and that was it. When i arrived i found they had went ahead and put us in the party room, which i know makes it harder for the servers to have an additional area to serve. Everyone was so kind to us and our service was great! Food was excellent and staff provided us the extras we needed. Our happy birthday princess was so excited when they came in to sing for her, again without me even having to ask. Tonight was a big disappointment. Last year it was super fun and free shirts great service. Only "special" ppl got shirts or koozies this time. We watched from our table. Our server was M.i.a for a while after i ordered another drink and refill. Then gave the check and I said hey, what about my margarita?? Then tried to give me a drink that sat on that bar for 15 min. (Watered down by then) I watched it. Then blamed it on the bartender. He was too eager to get us out of there I felt...don't really appreciate feeling like a bother when I come to dine. The best Mexican restaurant ever!! I have been coming here for about 20 years. I love the white queso, and wonderful heartfelt service. They genuinely care if you are happy, and my server went above and beyond to make sure my margarita was the way i like it. We met the owner, and he showed me my new favorite tequila! Your restaurant contacted me wanting to do an event. Had it scheduled for quite some time and was called less than 48 hours before the event saying they could not do it. Then wanted me to get a large group (no less than 20 people) to come in and get 15% off, which had nothing to do with what we needed.
