We tried the Paella and fish meatballs for New Years and it was really delicious my family loved it. we had enough to feed my family and some for later it was a amazing and we are looking forward to other holidays so we get this dish again I would really recommend

Paella- A chicken and rice dish typical from Spain (Valencia) It can also be made vegetarian (vegan).
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a conversation about likes and dislikes. Tapas are so varied and versatile that we can find a great fit no matter if you are a "steak and potatoes" kind of person, or if you are an adventurous foodie.
What do you love most about your job?
Bringing a taste of Spain to this area, and showing people that Mediterranean food goes way beyond Greek feta and olives. =)
