Now that is called customer service! Â I had called around to several companies looking to have our Duct cleaned and sanitized after a remodel of our home. Â The technicians that arrived, Joel and Jake were early, but they had called to confirm this was ok. Â They did ab absolutely thorough and neat job. Â They were respectful, courteous and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and performed the tasks nicely. Before I could mention the small amount of cleanup and wipe down I required, they already had vacuums in had and wipe down cloths. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. they did a complete removal of my old system including the duct work which had been damaged by people in the attic. Amazing! I would not use any other company. Ron came to my home as I called to get a freon refill. Â He stated I was good on freon and found that a gecko had jumped wires and blew the circuit. We switched it on and he continued to check out the entire system. Â A bad capacitor was found. Â It would have need to be changed in about a month. In March I contacted Eco-Air to clean Duct work in my home which hadn't been done in some time. The reps showed up as stated and acted in a very professional manner. Being so impressed with the way they represented the company I decided to get an estimate on a complete new AC system knowing mine was surviving on borrowed time. Price was very  competitive  and the date was set for installation.  System was installed right on time,clean-up was excellant and entire crew was very professional. I highly  recommend Eco-Air !
